Just one night but wish it was more.Posted Nov 17, 2013
Pros: Price, Location, ammenities
Cons: Can`t think of anything
Location: The heart of the west end, Gay Village. Walking distance to downtown, beaches, great restaurants, shopping.
We were in the city for just one night but seriously could have stayed at this hotel longer. The rooms (suites) were compact but quite comfortable. Extremely well equipped kitchen for longer stays - you could cook a full dinner but too many restaurants in the area - ideal for breakfast. It even came with a washing machine. Great central location, great views - book your room on the west facing side for spectacular sunset. Not the cheapest in the area but by far not the most expensive. We will definately stay there again.

Staff and hotel o.k. Noise Horrible!Posted Nov 11, 2013
Pros: Room was clean. Staff were friendly.
Cons: The hotel was far from sold out. When that happens do not put rooms in such close proximity. Warn customers about potential noise from the club.
Location: Decent location. Good restaurants. Close to shopping and to English Bay.
Very noisy. Guests are often young and party hard. They stand on the blaconies and yell and scream. Plus the club a block away is brutally noisy especially at 3 a.m. closing time. We expect noise from Davie Street but this was above and beyond. If sleeping matters to you, don't stay here.

This hotel understands servicePosted Oct 26, 2013
Pros: The location is great. Nice safe neighborhood and the staff was wonderful.
Cons: There was only one upholstered chair in the sitting area. It would have been nice to have two chairs or a small love seat.
Location: Great, safe area with plenty of restaurants and near the waterfront.
Had a one night stay for a medical appointment. The desk clerk upgraded my room, cancelled my parking fees and helped me locate services I might need in the neighborhood. The suite isn't huge but it had everything I needed and more. Full kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher and micro wave. Decent utensils for cooking and serving. There was a washer and dryer in the suite. The hotel amenities are well keep. A nice gym and updated change rooms with big showers and a steam room. I'll be back

Great for our HoneymoonPosted Oct 11, 2013
Pros: Loved the location, amenities (although I wish there was an indoor pool) and staff.
Cons: The shower heads didn't work as well as they should (pressure and temperature were off) and a few details could be updated.
Location: Location is amazing. Close to shopping, Stanley Park, and several restaurants.
My husband and I stayed in one of the jacuzzi suites for three nights. We also had dinner in the restaurant and had a couple's massage at the spa, all within the hotel. I had stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and had a wonderful experience then, so it was great to find that the staff was still friendly and the rooms still comfortable. We plan to repeat our short honeymoon yearly.

Ideal for a 3 night stayPosted Oct 11, 2013
Location: North part of Vancouver but still within easy walking distance of all down town amenities and great walks along the shore.
This facility was ideal for a three night or longer stay. The cooking and 'fridge facilities gave me the freedom to have my own breakfast and meals 'in'.

Pros: see above
Cons: TV Guide in rooms, larger classes. Washer and dryer nice feature but difficult to use and run for hours
Location: see above and close to shopping areas and downtown, beach etc.
Staff were friendly and helpful on our start and finish of vacation to US. All amenities close by. First stay was on 4th floor overlooking pool but not much more. 2nd stay we were on 23rd floor and had fantastic view of city
