Pros: The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Had a comfortable and excellent experience. When we arrived at the reception for check-in the front desk clerk made us feel at home and welcomed. We booked two rooms and she quickly and happily accommodated all of our requests with a smile. It was a great beginning to our hotel stay.

North Tower experience

We booked through Expedia and got a great rate. Then, on checkin, we received an upgrade to a beautiful corner (?) room in the North Tower. Two walls of floor to ceiling glass with the city spread below. Very spacious and comfortable room, and quick response to every request we made of the staff. Stacy at the front desk was most friendly and accommodating.

Home in the city

From the moment we stepped out of the car we were treated exceptionally well. The staff was AMAZING. All of them! The room was a nice size, clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable!! We tried out the pool, hot tub and saunas and they were equally clean, spacious and user-friendly. The hotel's location was superb and we were able to easily walk to everything we needed/wanted to see. (Though Stanley Park was walkable [20 minutes] we chose to try city transit instead. I would most certainly stay here again. It's worth the price.

Really old hotel. Do not stay in the south tower since this is the older property. Overpriced food and parking. There are several other options in vicinity.

Post cruis stay

Great location and hotel. We stayed here after our Disney cruise from Alaska. We wanted to experience Canada Day and it was great! Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Walknf distance to Canada place for fireworks.

Good value at a discounted price. Not worth regular price of 300+$$ Reception staff, other than one, seemed either burnt out or annoyed.

Family suite is nice

Came over for a lions game, brought my two kids, and each brought a friend the family suiete, with a cot meet our needs nicely, however it was really expensive... my tixs to the game were complementary
