Pros: Nothing

Almost everything needs upgrade or replacement. Broken lamp, curtains, doors, dresser etc. spooky location as well. Will never go back!

Dirty Hotel in a very bad state of disrepair.

Posted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: Nothing of significance
Cons: Tear it down and rebuild into a real Super 8
Believe this dump has turned into a one nighter for underage kids.

Excelled experience with Super 8 by YVR. Close enough for free transfer and far enough to not hear any of the airplanes. My flight was at 2 AM so I could only use the hotel from 2 PM till 9:30. But I could have the room already at 11:45! It is an older hotel, so do not expect everything to be brand new.

Location is good. Quality is bad

Pros: Underground secure parking
Cons: Tear it down and rebuild
Location: Location close to the airport is good. Didn't want to use any services nearby
Very disappointed with this hotel. It's past it's time. Not sure what it's purpose is. The stale smoke smell gives it a bad vibe. Outdated amenities. Dilapidated.

Not super 8 standard

The bathroom was sadly in need of repair but otherwise it was ok. Advertised as an airport hotel & there is a shuttle, but it's a long way from the airport

It was Ok. Good the parking space inside the building. The room was decent. The staff when we checked in it wasn't fantastic but not rude. We got what we paid for.

You get what you pay for. Old and outdated, but if you aren't picky this will suit you fine.

Low prices compare to surrounding area, good location. However, the bureaucratic staff and the bare minimum upkeep on the facilities really take it's toll.

So I stayed here two separate nights. The first night was ok, pretty much what I expected for the price. It's in a really shady area and the rooms look just as shady. The second night we went into our room and there was a stain on the sheets. Took multiple tries to reach someone and then when we asked for new sheets they just gave us a new room. Then after less than 4 hours in the second room we saw a rat. It was HUGE. They switched our room a third time and by then we didn't feel comfortable sleeping there so we decided to go sleep at the airport. Yes, we felt more comfortable overnighting at the airport than this hotel. The WiFi signal is basically nonexistent and they say they have HBO which is a lie. I have yet to receive a refund because when I checked out the man said only the manager could do that. When I called and spoke to him he said he would have to speak to the staff and find out "what really happened". Bad hotel and even worse customer service. Spend the money and go somewhere else.
