We got to the hotel around 12:30 am and the staff were super helpful, even upgraded me and my new wife to a bigger room. Wonderful stay, loved it all

Convenient and quiet

Pros: Bed was very comfortable
Cons: Free WIFI access would be good but after we questioned the $15 charge we were given it for free anyway. For luxury hotel free WIFI should be expected.
Beautiful room and very quiet which was appreciated after along flight. We only stayed one night as we were leaving early in the morning as this was a better option than going back into Vancouver for the night.

Quiet and convenient

Pros: Convenient and comfortable.
Cons: Room service, and scary mini-bar.
Location: Located right in the airport. Didn't have time to explore outside.
This is a luxury hotel, conveniently located right IN the Vancouver International Airport. Very quiet, easy check-in, professional staff. My major criticism was with room service--I found the food very expensive and very disappointing. The beef in the french dip sandwich was literally unchewable, the roast chicken dinner was tasteless and cold. Save your money and pass on the food, but enjoy the room--just remember not to touch anything in the mini-bar. Each item is apparently hard-wired to the accounting office, triggers a charge if you so much as lift it to read the label. Really. A touch too big-brotherish for me.

Excellent hotel. Great Location!

Pros: Right in airport.
Cons: Pool could be bigger.
Location: Took the train to downtown.
Excellent hotel. Staff very helpful. Location is great right within airport. Pool is small but kids had fun anyway. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Proximity to airline terminal and ease in getting to the terminal. Staff providing shuttle to spots downtown.
Cons: Not much.
I ended up paying top dollar through Expedia. Other options were $100 less per night, but I had committed.

We had an awesome dinning experience and the convienence of waking up and walking downstairs to catch the morning flight was well worth the stay.

Very quiet and comfortable stay.

This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The rooms are large, beds and linens are comfortable and it is very quiet. The hotel breakfast was also excellent. Train stop is right in the airport so access to downtown is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Vancouver or the area.

Had always wanted to stay here; not disappointed

Pros: Lovely, friendly, professional staff; location was excellent - even if you don't need proximity to airport, only a 25 min train ride into downtown.

Wonderful, welcoming staff. Easy check in. Beautiful room. Had always wanted to stay at Fairmont Vancouver Airport and was not disappointed with my high hopes. It was everything I thought it would be and more.

Excellent Hotel & Excellent Staff

Pros: I liked how easily the staff made something happen seamlessly and cheerfully.
We had an excellent stay - room was perfect, staff went beyond expectation on everything we asked of them and the subway was convenient so we could get around without a car.
