Perfect Location, Amazing Staff

Posted Apr 22, 2014
Pros: Location, staff, and room rates!
Cons: Smaller umbrellas would be handy to take around when you're walking about. The large umbrella is a little clunky.
Location: Robson Street is half a block away. BC Place faces the hotel and Rogers Arena is super-close as well. So much to do!
This was my second stay at the hotel. Staff was terrific and very helpful. The room is great with comfortable beds and Aveda bathroom products (yes please!). Bathroom is fine, but tall people may have trouble with the lower toilets and lower shower heads. I love having a separate vanity area (which is where the coffee machine is as well). The closet also had an umbrella (for those rainy days), bathrobe & slippers (not to take home unless you want to buy them), and a yoga mat if you're feeling like yoga in your room. Restaurants are easily found within a couple blocks, and Frankie's Italian is the closest as it is right in the hotel. I would definitely return here and recommend it to anyone.

Right next to BC Place

Pros: Location, Comfort
Location: BC Place, shopping.
Very pleasant stay. On Robson but down from all the shopping and craziness, about a 10 minute walk. Quiet room, pleasant staff. If you are seeing something at BC Place or visiting friends in Yaletown, great location. Rooms are well maintained, high quality establishment.

Wonderful city hotel

A wonderful hotel. A 40minute walk to Stanley Park. Close to B.C stadium. Free bike hire is a real plus. Car parking in Vancouver is expensive and $25 per day (inc tax) is no exception. The attached restaurant is fantastic for an evening meal or breakfast. We would maybe stop nearer Stanley Park next time but would still recommend it.

Location: Close to Robson, the sky train, Rogers arena, BC Place.
My new favourite hotel when visiting Vancouver! Great location, very professional staff, Aveda products, and peace and quiet in the heart of down town. The only thing I would recommend is don't waste your time eating at Frankie's Restaurant.

Great Stay at the Georgian

Posted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: Everything
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Location: Great location and near Yaletown. Easy to get to some great restaurants, grocery and close to the sea wall. Great fun.
I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. Great location and the staff make this a great place to stay. They were so helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay. You rarely find this quality anywhere. It is the perfect place to stay and would again.

Great little hotel in a great location

Posted Apr 10, 2014
Pros: The staff made our stay at the hotel! The front desk and concierge were excellent and gave us A+ service.
Cons: The rooms could have been tidied up a little better. Our trash cans weren't emptied and the bathroom didn't appear to have been completely cleaned.
Location: The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around downtown for shopping and dining and sightseeing. Most transportation is within a few steps.
We stayed at the Georgian Court Hotel for a little spring break vacation. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the area and had great suggestions for what we should see and do while we were in the great city of Vancouver. The onsite restaurant was the perfect place to relax and have a tasty meal after a long day sightseeing. The atmosphere was relaxing and the menu was well thought out. Our meals were prepared perfectly. The rooms were comfortable and tidy; the view from our particular room left a lot to be desired. We stared into an office building and looked out upon another building under reconstruction. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a convenient, friendly place to stay with a nice atmosphere.

Nice and quiet

I stayed for 2 nights and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The Italian restaurant located at the hotel whipped me up a special Chicken Alfredo for me even though it wasn't exactly on the menu. Very tasty. If I come back to Vancouver BC in the future I would stay here again. It was quiet and very relaxing.
