Nice hotel, close to sports and sea wall, Yaletown

Posted Sep 7, 2014
Pros: Courtesy bike rental, helpful staff. Small hotel, not too busy.
Cons: Complimentary breakfast would be nice. It is no fun trying to figure out a place for breakfast as soon as you wake up. Starbucks nearby though.
Location: Sea Wall nearby. Great for running, walking, riding, reading. Very scenic.
Nice quiet room. Clean and comfortable. Quaint hotel.

Vancouver Gem

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Upon arrival, the hotel staff surprised us with a free upgrade to a penthouse suite. The hotel is clean, modern and contains all the amenities you could ever want. The staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The hotel is well situated downtown and a short walk to any place you'd like to go. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Vancouver.

Pet Friendly

Posted Aug 31, 2014
We arrived at the hotel late in the evening with our small dog, but unfortunately we had not alerted the hotel we were bringing him. The desk staff were terrific and found us an appropriate room and had someone come up to the room with the paperwork we needed to take care of. After that, they smiled and said hello to us and the mutt every time we went through the lobby. The hotel itself is in a great location, the room was clean and comfortable and we were pleased with the rate we were able to get through Expedia.

Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Friendly staff. Quick check-in. Comfortable room. Staff came by in the evening to see if we wanted our bed linens drawn. The chocolates were a nice treat. Overall a pleasurable stay. Would definitely choose this hotel again when staying in Vancouver.

Nice hotel close to downtown

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: I like the small size with modern convenience.
Cons: The Wifi service was weak and needs improvement. The hot water takes too long to heat up and wastes water. The toilet needs adjustment also.
Location: The hotel is wonderful located near the main shopping street. Also easy access to the metro station down the block. Costco is also nearby.
The staff was very helpful and pleasant. It was close to Costco and the metro. I would recommend it to others.

Good location for walking

Posted Aug 17, 2014
Pros: Nice staff. Good location.
Cons: Pricey parking. Run-down interior. Broken lamps and tiny beds. View of office building workers outside our window.
Location: Across the street from the stadium and close to the water taxi and tons of restaurants.
This place was well-priced, for Vancouver. Easy walking distance to many different kinds of experiences made it a decent choice for our family with various interests.
