Good hotel next to B.C. Place!Posted Mar 7, 2014
Pros: We liked this hotel's proximity to the Skytrain, and numerous places of interest, like B.C. Place. The Downtown centre was just a short walk away.
Cons: There was nothing in particular that needed improving.
Location: The location is excellent: B.C. Place, the Terry Fox Memorial, Duke of Connaught Drill Hall, walking distance to all the Downtown attractions
Check-in was swift, efficient, and friendly. The room was on the 11th floor and quiet and comfortable. The staff on both days made us feel welcome. We only wanted coffee at Frankie's on our morning of departure, and this was no problem to the polite and friendly Server.

Nice hotel convenient to BC Place and Rogers ArenaPosted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: It has a great Italian restaurant attached where enjoyed an excellent dinner and also a great breakfast the next morning. Prices were reasonable.
Cons: Maybe could improve on the quality of the pillows, otherwise everything was good.
Location: It is near the 2 sports stadiums, Yaletown and many entertainment areas.
Very pleasant staff. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Parking was located under the hotel which was convenient and secure. We would definitely stay there again.

Passing throughPosted Mar 3, 2014
Pros: Location, comfort of room, staff attitude
Cons: Free parking for overnight guests would be nice, but I realize that is extremely rare these days in large cities.
Location: Less than a 15 minute walk to Gastown.
A small group of adults needed a place to spend the night after a trip to Whistler. This hotel is walking distance from Gastown, where we met up with friends staying elsewhere. The room was perfect and the staff extremely pleasant. Check in and check out was a breeze.

The smell was a bit muchPosted Feb 18, 2014
The room was clean but they use a LOT of smelly cleaners that were very perfumed and I was having a but of a reaction to that. Location was good and the staff were great. My only issue was the smell and very outdated bathrooms.

Pros: I loved everything.
Location: excellent location, close to a lot of fun things to do.
Very nice hotel, close to everything. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would like to say thank you to Constance for getting the balloons and cupcakes ready in our room for my girlfriends birthday.

Nice Hotel right across from BC PlacePosted Feb 4, 2014
My teenage son and I took a float plane from Vancouver Island into downtown Vvancouver Harbour. The hotel was only a short taxi ride from the flaotplane terminal. We were attending an event at BC place and the Hotel was across the street making it a perfect location. Also close to shopping. The rooms were nice and comfortable. A good trip overall.

Hotel had all the facilities you need or want including a whirlpool, a steam room, a decent exercise room, and even television in the toilet for the gym.

Pros: Location convenience
Location: Sports centre, boats show proximity restaurants and night life.
Staff extremely helpful, front desk and bar server, along with housekeeping. Restaurant service and food fell short. Underground parking spaces are too small. Stupid.
