“terrific non-smoking hotel”
The hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location for walking! great for walking to the waterfront and to Stanley Park. one must wear proper trousers for breakfast (no jeans) so if you are heading out for the morning on a casual day, please be advised. The front desk attendants were more than helpful with directions and things to do/see. The beauty was the non-smoking....rooms/restaurants/lobby! yes, we would go back to this fine hotel!
“If in Vancouver, I'd stay again in this hotel in a heartbeat”
Hotel is located within walking distance to where cruise ships dock. Our room had an excellent view of the port. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Desk staff most helpful. Hotel restaurant had very good food and had an outdoor dining area with a view. You find other restaurants/shops almost outside the hotel's front door. An excellent place to stay if you are looking to board a ship. Arrange with the desk to have the hotel porter take your luggage to the ship terminal. So convenient!
“Terminal City Club is Understated Elegance”
Vancouver's Terminal City Club Tower Hotel is affiliated with one of Vancouver's oldest and most prestigious private clubs. Arriving by car, the hotel is difficult to pick out from surrounding office buildings -- but ask any cabbie and they will raise their eyebrows knowingly and say "Wow! That's a posh place!". The hotel shares a tower with private residences, and facilities with the club. The facilities include a beautiful fitness center, spa, and dining facilities. Rooms are large and offer city or harbor views. Our room was a suite with a mini kitchen, large living room, separate bedroom, and 4 piece bathroom. Linens and towels were high-end, and the beds were comfortable. The furnishings were modern, but not "boutique". Service was an attractive combination of low-key and extremely professional -- much like you would expect from a facility that caters to Vancouver's business and political elite.
“If you are going to be on a cruise from Vancouver then stay at this hotel.”
This hotel is right across from the cruise ship pier and close to all Vancouver attractions. The service was great and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Front desk staff gave some great recommendations of local restaurants and entertainment. Value for the money, this was one of the best boutique hotels I have stayed in. Dress code policy in restaurants prohibits shorts and jeans. However, full breakfast menu is avaialble via room service so you can work around that problem.
“Very Impressive”
Very good quality hotel, but whoever does the upgrades in the rooms doesn't know what they are doing. The exhaust fan in the bathroom would turn on, but the exhaust would go no where. Someone screwed on the shower head so tight that they spit the connection and water sprays on the wall/ceiling. Otherwise, the maid service, fitness room and swimming pool were excellent
“Excellent!”
The location/staff/cleanliness were excellent, the views from the rooms were outstanding!!! I would struggle to find anything negative to say about this hotel. The location was very good and allowed us to get about, with ease. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the rooms were spotless! The rooms have outstanding views which are worth the money alone!!
“Good hotel in a great Vancouver location”
This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location in Vancouver. We were steps from everything. This is a hotel and private club (condos). Do not expect much in the way of hotel amenities such as breakfast, fitness center or pool. There is room service. But, if you want a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Vancouver this hotel is it. Highly recommend it if traveling through Vancouver for a cruise.
“Very impressiv!”
My husband and I stayed at the Terminal City Tower hotel the night before leaving for an Alaskan cruise. It was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The service was excellent, the room was beautiful and the location perfect for seeing the beautiful water front of Vancouver. The proximity was perfect for getting to our cruise. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.
“very impressed”
Nice location. Deluxe suite had kitchenette (fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery), dining area. Queen sofa bed was comfortable and so was the king bed. Great location - walking distance to Canada place, Robson St, Art Gallery and close to Stanley park and north Vancouver. Ideal for family of four. Night clubs are plenty at Cordova St. Parking is at Cordova St - the street behind the hotel.
“Treated like a resident”
Great gym, pool, steam room access, convenient to convention center.
