“Great location, helpful staff”
First time to this hotel, the location is great,room is clean, the lobby is small and reception desk is quite busy, so if you are in a hurry try to talk to the front desk, you sometimes have to wait. Many restaurants around hotel location, taxi and bus run are frequent. Our room has good furnishing,good flat panel TV, bathroom is on the small side, no frill but good.
“Great place to stay!”
Fun time, great price, great location! Right on Robson Street among some of the best shops and restaurants of Vancouver. I would recommend this place for anyone.
“Perfect Location”
Pefectly centered between Stanley Park, English Bay and Coal Harbour. Very friendly and helpful staff.
“Good but expensive”
If price is not important, then this is a great place. Not lux, but comfortable. Parking is $44 per night Candain plus 36% tax. Food is great, bed and rooms very good.
“Best boutique hotel!”
The Listel is a favorite from a conference years ago and so I deliberately chose it again. The service and the facilities are wonderful, the staff extremely courteous and helpful. The only thing that I disliked in my room was a torn settee by the window. The brocade fabric was worn and, hence, torn in several places. It was ripe for replacement. Other than that, I enjoyed the original art in my "museum room" and the in-house gallery. O'Doul's Restaurant is exquisite too! The Listel is on Robson Street, the major shopping "mile," and close to everything, esp. Stanley Park.
“Great hotel for the price in a good location”
We arrived at the Listel Hotel after a 24 hour travel time from Melbourne, Australia. We were very impressed to be checked in straight away. The room has moderate amenties and is very comfortable for the price we paid The hotel is in a great location - close to Robson Road shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere - even to the hockey that night. We were very happy and would come back again.

“Exceptional reception”
The front desk reception warmly welcomed us and volunteered city info to help get us oriented. The staff was truly well trained and friendly. The hotel rooms were comfortable and the food in the hotel restaurant quite good. I would definitely return to The Listel.
“Great hotel!”
We've stayed at a few hotels in Vancouver and this has to be one of the best. Beyond the outstanding service and location,the hotel offers small touches that elevate the experience such as magazines dedicated to the local art and culinary scene that provides the guests the opportunity to take part in non-tourist experiences. This is truly a cute, artsty hotel that has just the right touch of chic and functionality. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. In addition, we appreciated the ecofriendly bathrooms with dispensers rather than bottles. The complimentary organic fair trade french press coffee was the icing on an already terrific experience. It's worth a visit.
