Great location and staff!Posted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: Location, staff, filtered/sparkling water option
Cons: The bathrooms in some of the rooms need to be updated
The Listel hotel is in a perfect location for walking to Stanley Park and all the shops along Robson street. It is a bit far to walk to Gastown or Yaletown when dressed up but a short, cheap cab ride to either area. The staff are wonderful and gave us a bunch of great restaurant recommendations and places to go for drinks/nightlife. The rooms were very clean and I actually stayed in two different rooms while there (one was a double bed and the other was a King). Both were nice but the double bed room had a very outdated bathroom...was clean but needed a little updating to fit the room and rest of the hotel. The King bathroom however had been updated and was very nice. They offer both filtered and sparkling water faucets for filling containers as well as a tea maker in the room (including the usual coffee maker). Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Loved everything about the hotelPosted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Location, helpful staff, cleanliness, hotel restaurant
Location: Stanley Park, wide variety of restaurants, easy public transportation
The location was perfect for us - near restaurants, Stanley Park, public transportation. Our teenage son loved the Bubble World restaurant across the street with Boba drinks and Xbox games. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved all the art in the hallways too. The restaurant downstairs was lovely with beautiful, innovative food and drinks. On weeknights, there was free wine in the lobby and in the mornings you could have french press coffee or tea delivered to your room. I can't think of anything I would change about the hotel. We will be back!

Nice hotelPosted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Staff was superb. Free wine get together Internet worked quickly Liked we could print free boarding passes Coffee/water service
Cons: We would probably stay in Waterfront area next time because view is nicer. But you can't move the hotel!
Location: Location is average. Can't see harbor or mountains. Miko Sushi across the street is tasty. Lots of shopping on Robson
Listel Hotel is located near good shopping on Robson. 10-30 min walk to lots of tourist areas. Very environmental aware hotel. Beautiful art and sculptures all around. Staff was excellent and quick to draw a map to destinations. Free coffee service delivered at door each morning. Free sparkling water on 2 floors. No view at all!

The front desk staff, esp Luis, were amazing!!Posted Jun 20, 2015
Pros: The staff, the location, and the cleanliness.
Cons: Beds and pillows. Not very comfortable. Also, hot water was hard to come by in the showers.
Location: In the heart of Robson Street. Tons of shopping and fantastic restaurants within walking distance.
Very friendly hotel staff, beautiful hotel right in the heart of Robson Street. Luis was wonderful and made several terrific recommendations for food and gelato! The rooms were very clean and well maintained, updated. Valet staff were prompt and very friendly. The only area I would improve is the comfort of the beds. They are stiff and not all together flat. The pillows were of uneven loft and not very comfortable. That said, we had a great experience and would stay here again.

No frills, fabulous stay!Posted Jun 19, 2015
Location: Five hour bike ride around the area, World Cup Womens's soccer, gourmet food tour, Tour to Capilano Suspension bridge, Granville island, aquarium.
This hotel could not been any better for our stay in Vancouver! We walked to everything! Great shopping and food choices all around the neighborhood! The staff was there if you needed them and so friendly. Our room was quiet and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Compared to the monster chain hotels this hotel was much better, cost and location.

Our stay in VancouverPosted May 31, 2015
Pros: Clean staff was friendly/
Cons: Would have prefered a higher floor and better view.
Location: Not the best if you have no car and do not like ethnic food.
It was fine. Not what I expected a little disappointing. Have water or coffee out in the lobby nothing.

Good location for downtownPosted May 29, 2015
Pros: They offered free room service each morning if wanted for french pressed coffee. Very enjoyable. Hotel is located on a grade so up or down hill.
Location: Good location to go to Stanley Park. Close to restaurants and grocery and coffee shops. Shopping just a few blocks away.
Staff very friendly and helpful when needed. Room clean and nice. Disappointed that we booked a king size bed and got a queen size.
