“Great Hotel in a Great Location”

Everything was great! Great location and very friendly service. I just wish they provided WiFi in the cost.

“Superb In-Room Food Service”

I checked in around midnight and was put to a room with the weirdest setup next to the elevator and ice room. The insulation was good enough to block any outside noise, but the comfort level was compromised by the setup (e.g., I couldn't watch the TV from the sofa but only from the bed). The in-room service was excellent and the food was absolutely superb--in fact, the best in my stays in over two dozen countries and hundreds of hotels of comparable star levels. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Great comfort- Great location”

The hotel is nice with a very good location.We arrived at 10 PM and were able to have our room in 5 minutes what was very pleasant as we were running 2 hour late for our dinner reservation.The room was at the 16-th floor and the view was overwhelming.The stuff was help full and ready to give us all the information we need. I was disappointed by the hotel coffee shop , but as there are so many places were you can grab a good coffee and a croissant that was not a big problem.

Excellent location. A luxury hotel that lives up to that name. Excellent rooms. Friendly an d helpful staff. Charges for WiFi which is preposterous, as do other luxury hotels.

“A nice walk to the Convention center”

Very nice hotel and room - a bit smaller than the norm now - especially the bathroom. Fine for me, I was alone. Unhappily, the only way to get WIFI is to pay for it - $20 per day!

“reduce parking fees.”

we have stayed in Sutton few times , we really like the location, it have rec room to use but we are little disappointed with parking fee for car, its to high that makes u feel uncomfortable .

“Great hotel location to Robson Street and downtown”

Great hotel. Great location. Staff were exceptional. There was a bit of noise from the street outside and alley below. A very comfortable bed

“A Great Location”

This hotel is just lovely -- elegant and very well maintained. Service was impeccable; they do bed turndowns with chocolates and a card showing the next day's weather. The location is terrific, just a block of Robson Street shopping/restaurants with a very nice market almost next door (a great place for a quick breakfast or to grab snacks to take back to the hotel) and a movie theater across the way. The trolley stop is also very close. The only thing missing is a water view or proximity to Stanley Park.
