Front desk staff very friendly and nice! By mistake I booked a smoking room. When we ask the front desk but they don't have any non-smoking room available. The front desk lady very polite explain and helpful. She offer clean the room again and spray the fresh air. She's so nice and thoughtful! Thanks!

I don't want to compare this with a 4 or 5-star hotel but it is great for the budget ... quality and cleanliness of the room and hotel. Ony one word for the hotel management: please get new keys. I have keys replaced 3 times in 2 days.

“Not luxurious, but clean, comfortable, and convenient”

I was looking for a clean, convenient airport hotel to get a good night's sleep, since my flight arrived at 11pm. This hotel had friendly service and met my basic needs. The location is also good, close to several dining options and a Tim Hortons. It's also close to the public bus (just CDN$2.25) to Vancouver, if you want to save money on cabs. My expectations were exceeded!

It was great and Shuttle to the Water port picks up at Hotel. It was very quiet and good neighborhood. Food places were close. Friendly Staff and very helpful.

The Travelodge is a good choice if you need to spend a night or two near the airport. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The room was nice, and we enjoyed The Pantry restaurant attached to the hotel.
