Wasn't impressedPosted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: It is close to Richmond Mall.
Cons: Customer service could be a lot better. It was almost like I was bothering staff if I asked them a question.
Location: Lots of restaurants, shopping and Steveston Waterfront.
Staff weren't very helpful, at the front counter, restaurant or bar. The pool was closed and no one mentioned that when I booked the room which was unfortunate because the weather was fantastic and that was the main reason I chose that hotel.

Good value for your moneyPosted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: Location. It's right on downtown Richmond!
Cons: The parking. Someone needs to tell us there is a parking tax on top of the parking fees
Location: Downtown Richmond. The train is around the block so if you need to go to Van or get back to the ferries, this is a perfect place to stay!
We selected this hotel using the unpublished hotels option and it was quite a good deal! The pool is too shallow and small but it's outdoors!

TubPosted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: People were very polite.
Cons: Clean the rooms better.
Location: Location sucked it's too far away from downtown and all the action, only thing close was night market which was very cool.
There was hair in the tub and it grossed my finance' right out,It wasn't nice to see that's for sure. It's also too far from concerts for us.We travel to van. alot to see whatever shows we can.

Nice hotel with shuttle to airport, decent diningPosted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, they take debit cards, unlike the Downtown Holiday Inn who on this same already paid for trip , took a $250 cash DAMAGE deposit. Im 70
Pricey but then hotels in this tourist friendly area are at prime rate in summer. The staff couldn't have been nicer! I'd return.

Comfy bed great locationPosted Jun 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was great to find a suite that accommadate our family in one room at a reasonable price. The beds were comfortable and the location was the best very close to shopping mall and resturants all around. Check in was quick. Very nice stay. would recommend it to others and would stay here again.

Short breakPosted May 15, 2014
Pros: Everything. There was nothing we did not like.
Cons: We felt the breakfast buffet food could have been hotter.
Location: Perfect for quick SkyTrain access to Downtown Vancouver. No experience of what to do near by.
This Marriott is very well situated for easy access from the YVR airport using the hotel shuttle. But even better is its proximity to Translink bus stops. This allowed quick and very cheap trips to downtown Vancouver, even for my wife who has mobility issues. The Richmond-Brighouse station is only a five minute walk away. Across the street is the Richmond Centre Mall. While not the best mall I have visited, nevertheless it can satisfy most needs. Hotel staff were friendly and keen to please.

A little pricey for the locationPosted May 9, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room was clean. The staff was professional and pleasant to work with. Given the price for the location I expected more.

Convenient HotelPosted Apr 30, 2014
Pros: Convenience to the airport and free shuttle. We really enjoyed the upgrade to a hotel suite. Rooms were very nice, comfortable and quiet.
Cons: Maybe a little more variety of food in the concierge lounge.
Location: Great location to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the short drive to Steveston where we had a great seafood dining experience at the Blue Canoe.
My co-worker and I were here for a very short business trip. Since we did not want to rent a car, we found the Vancouver Airport Marriott to be very convenient to the airport, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel staff (especially the front desk staff) were very friendly and accommodating. Free airport shuttle was a plus.
