“Great location”

This hotel is across the street from the Richmond Mall and 1 block from the SkyTrain station. It's surrounded by great restaurants and one block from Minoru park--a beautiful park for a stroll. Staff was great. We requested a mountain view room and to be close to fellow travelers. Both requests were accomodated.

“fine hotel. would return to it.”

this hotel is conveniently located to a lot of places of interest. Richmond Centre shopping mall---a very nice one----which among many other nice shops has a Hudson's Bay ----is right across the street. We would certainly return to this hotel again.

this was our second weekend staying at this hotel and i will say we were as impressed this time as we were the last time. the bartender remembered us, the bellboy welcomed us back, the room was wonderful and we paid a few dollars more for the room and recieved full breakfast for both days. we are already planning our return trip and will only stay at the mariott

“The Best”

We stayed at the Hilton in Richmond for several nights and there was no comparison. The Marriot is the best.

“I am very happy for the stay”

I only stayed at Marriott Vancouver Airport hotel one night, but wish I have planned to stay a few more days. It's a very decent, clean and quite hotel, with good location and neighborhood. It is surrounded by hotels, restaurants and small shopping plazas. Felt safe. Newly developed area, not so crowded as in Downtown, not too close to the airport. I got much better quality room with the same price comparing price for Vancouver downtown hotel. Driving to Granville and Vancouver downtown is easy. Parking around hotel and restaurant is convenient and very cheap comparing with downtown area. We felt that it worth the driving. Front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice seafood dinner at an upscale Chinese restaurant with a short walk from hotel. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel next time I visit Vancouver.

“Greatest hotel breakfast!”

This hotel is convenient for overnight in Vancouver. It has a great little "gourmet" restaurant that has a great breakfast menu. There is nothing close by in terms of shopping or restaurants, so I would only recommend for business or overnight stopovers.

“They need to come into the digital age”

The hotel was great -- great service, good location, fabulous breakfast with the room, friendly and caring staff. About the only complaint was the eleven ninety five/day internet fee. I was, given this charge, surprised to not see a coin box attached to the TV. Marriott needs to embrace the 21st century.

“Airport close”

Istayed at the Richmond Marriott for 2 nights Dec. 6 and 7, 2007. I chose this hotel for online rviews and the closeness to facilities I needed while in Richmond. If visiting Vancouver, a hotel in that city would be a better option. Staff were helpful; the restaurant staff was very friendly with a good menu especially for breakfast. The hotel is a comfortable, small size but so close to the airport and the good Richmond Centre shopping mall with free airport shuttle. Rooms are adequate; small bathroom; no extras such as dressing robe, in-room safe but the beds are fabulous. All in all, a good choice even if prices a bit much.
