It’s the horrible nightmare in Helsinki. I have travelled to Helsinki more than 10 times. But I haven’ seen/experinced any worst hotel like this. It’s a cage-like, such a smallest room. It’s really hard to open your travel bag in such a tiny & smallest nutshell. There was no drinking water nor electric kettle (no instant coffee nor tea bag at all, literally nothing exists) at room. I asked the front desk if I can borrow the kettle but it’s impossible/unavailable. The front desk staff asked me to drink the tap water. When I booked this hotel in Expedia, there was no such a notice or warning (no water, no electric kettle, literally nothing in such a smallest cage-like room.) This hotel has cheated the international/local customers on purpose. This hotel should be shamed on, which ruined/broke down my good memories and impressions of Helsinki.

Walkable from central train station. Efficient and kind staff. Good food. Great bathroom with underfloor heating. Room cosy. Alcohol prices not too bad. Local cafes, supermarket and games cafe close by. I would definitely come again.

Love the location and the property! The Glo Art is one of the coolest hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Part of the hotel is in a castle, which is very unique and definitely made our experience more enjoyable.

Great hotel in central Helsinki
Excellent clean modern lovely central Helsinki hotel; superb breakfast. Only downside is the relatively loud AC which (whether hot or cold air), you cannot turn off. Reception staff - a lovely lady upon check-in and a gentleman called Vincent upon check-out- were absolutely wonderful!
