Great downtown hotel. Good value for money, friendly staff, good breakfast and nice clean rooms. Skybar on the top floor was great!

Bit disappointing- the hotel rooms are run down & stifling hot. The bed was not very comfortable.

Hotel was very run down. Staff was great. All but one waiter in dinner restaurant. His behavior was so unprofessional. His flamboyant attitude really came out when we were trying to have dinner. Just out right nasty.

Very convenient for families. We received separate bedroom for the adults and beds were placed in the other room for the children for some privacy. The breakfast buffet was amazing!

The condition of the suite was bad for its price, the carpet and windows were dirty. The couches were old and were in a worn condition. Not what we expected of a suite. The bed was good. They could have made more cozy and modern with paintings, newer and more modern furniture. Add a table with chairs where you could sit.

Lovely hotel
The checkin was really quick and easy. The staff were nice, the hotel was very clean. The room was small but for 2 people it was ok. There was no air conditioning and it was very hard to sleep at night with the heat. Location is perfect for walking around the town.

Helt okej vistelse. Hade kanske lite högre förväntningar på "Skrapan". Bra storlek på rummet, dock trångt badrum och rättså lyhört (barnfamilj bodde bredvid...). Inte jättesköna kuddar. Bra mörkläggningsgardiner. Ordinär frukostbuffé - med både varmt och kallt utbud som det brukar vara på hotell. Spa och Skybar på våning 24 (?) finns - något som vi inte besökte. Bra parkering i garage. Mycket centralt läge.
