"Lovely Hotel Close to Vatican"
I had been looking for sometime for a hotel close to the Vatican this one ticked all the boxes and fulfilled them. If I had one moan it would be air conditioning although I am sure if I had asked they would have helped but it was all electronic and something I never really correctly operated. So that was a little bit my fault for not asking for help. Apart from that we loved everything about this hotel and cannot wait to revisit.

"Good price - Good region - Good hotel."
Hotels in Rome are very very expensive generally. Relais San Pietro has a better price in comparison with the rest of Rome and it is a renewed hotel, with nice bathroom, nice bed. Rooms are small. Quiet region. Very close to metro station. Just 3 stations from the center. Very polite staff, not very good English-speaking, but in comparison with the rest of Italy, they are good. You could communicate. Nice breakfast. Great espresso!!!

Pocket Guide: Vatican - Prati, Rome Spa Hotels

The world's smallest country, Vatican City is dominated by St Peter's, Christendom's largest church. Michelangelo's humbling 'Pietà' and his Sistine Chapel ceiling frescos are among the world's greatest works of art. The Aurelio area is named after the ancient Via Aurelia, the main road that connected Rome with Spain, and is convenient for visiting the city's sights.
