convenient for a relaxed vacationPosted Jul 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
We had a very pleasant stay at Auberg de Noves. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the location is good to go to many attractions of Provence. The staff is friendly and courteous. The owner and grand chef is very attentive to his guests and the food is excellent. We highly recommend this Auberg de Noves. The atmosphere is right for a relaxed vacation to enjoy Provence.

Beutiful country retreat.Posted Jul 2, 2013
Pros: Charm, country setting, food.
Cons: Restaurant was quite expensive, though worth the treat.
Location: A little hard to find. Only minus is you can hear the road a little in the distance.
Beautiful chateau in the country. Very few guests when we were there so it felt very exclusive. Nice pool and walks. Amazing chef, wine and welcoming dog.

Ahhhh Provence!Posted Sep 1, 2009 on Hotels.com
Lovely lovely lovely! The grounds are beautiful and make you immediately relax upon arrival. The gardens around the pool are well-maintained and the pool itself is huge, clean and again, relaxing! The staff is very accommodating (except for the maitre d'/sommelier who was quite a snob and made our dinner quite uncomfortable). Our room was huge and overlooked vineyards or olive trees. The bathroom was large and lovely, although a bit tired. Not much going on in Noves itself, but a quick drive to St. Remy de Provence offers a variety of restaurants and shops to explore and a fun little carousel for the kids. There are many day trips to be taken from this hotel but we mostly went to St. Remy. This hotel epitomizes everything that people love about Provence!

Outstanding HotelPosted Jul 7, 2009 on Hotels.com
This hotel and their most attentive staff made our trip to Avignon very memorable. The room was lovely and the air conditioning and pool were greatly appreciated when temps reached 93F. We contemplated a guided tour to vineyards and the hotel concierge graciously helped us look for options. Dinner was excellent and service impeccable without hovering. The hotel was unique and beautifully landscaped with two well behaved dogs to make you feel right at home. A trip to Avignon costs 35 Euro. So, if you are looking for a bargain, this hotel is not for you. If you are looking for beautiful surroundings and service, in a tranquil environment away from city hustle, you will love Auberge de Noves.

Lovely visitPosted Oct 27, 2008 on Hotels.com
Beautiful Inn with outstanding service from staff. Difficult to find entrance to hotel but relativiely easy to get to other tourist locations by car. Restaurant food was excellent but very expensive - good restaurants for much less are available in nearby towns.

Great hotel!Posted Sep 26, 2008
A great location to explore Provence, very easy access to road networks. Do not stay here unless you have transport as you can't walk anywhere. The restaurant was excellent but by far the most expensive meal we have ever had! A lovely hotel- we stayed in the 'agreeable' room which may sound naff but was spacious, clean and full of character.

In dire need of repairs all aroundPosted Sep 24, 2008
Lovely setting but a neglected building, overpriced restaurant, ridiculous bathrooms and generally unkempt. Staff was extremely polite and helpful, they deserve 5 stars

A great Provencal hotelPosted Jul 30, 2008
Auberge de Noves is located about 10 km outside of Avignon, but is in another world; near a highway, but situated on a rural tract that gives it a country atmosphere--quiet and peaceful. Rooms are very nice, beds are quite good, and restaurant is beyond comparison--one of the best meals we had in France. Restaurant is expensive, but worth the price. Would definitely go back.
