Terrible WiFi
The front staff were very helpful and profesional, as were the restaurant staff. The room was large, but the bathroom was very small with a low ceiling. (I am 5'8" amd I had almost had to duck in the shower). I give the hotel 3 stars instead of 4 because the WiFi was weak and spotty. When I complained to the front desk, they said that mangement has know about the problem for over a year, but did nothing about it. This is not a 4 star hotel by any means.

Hotel has potential, which is currently unused
Hotel has so much potential if the interior design and upkeep was better. - interior looks tired, seating area in gallery is not welcoming, inner square has chairs and tables that are unused, and it just looks deserted - inner square is full of leaves and not kept nice - lights in the tree and a vibrant terrace could really bring this place to live - the rooms are tired and need remodelling. Also the toilet was so low it felt like a kids toilet. - Outside woodwork is rotting away - rooms smell peculiar, bit musty - WiFi is AWFUL especially in the rooms - The room had a connecting door and this was super noisy, we could hear everything it if the neighbours were talking at a normal volume - the room doesn’t have curtains, only shutters, but these don’t block out the light entirely (also one shutter we had to block as it kept on opening) - Room had huge cobwebs under the ceiling - no place to work from, so had to sit in the restaurant as that was the only place with half decent wifi Overall this place has so much potential, if only someone completely revamped it and ran it like a proper hotel
