Nice for Sporty Types

Pros: How it was so informal and welcoming.
Cons: Probably the decor.
Location: Unable to comment, however cycling appeared high on the agenda for many.
A very nice hub to the hotel with friendly staff. The rooms in fairness were a little tired, but they were comfortable and spacious. The grounds were lovely and ideal if you wanted to walk off the breakfast.

Posted Jun 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
stay was ok. The night I stayed in the room it was very hot so started with the fan on. When I wen to sleep, I was NOT able to turn off the fan so didn't get much sleep. I tried to call reception but they couldn't get someone to have a look at it!!!

There must be better places available nearby.

Pros: price and location. Main restaurant and bar nice.
Cons: no lifts, tight stairs, basic rooms, no lifts, not particularly clean or fresh.
Location: nice wooded area.
Hotel complex may be a mecca for football team training camps, but that should tell you enough about the standard of the accommodation. Basic and well worn.
