Lovely stay. Older style rooms but very comfortable and close to ferries. Great breakfasts.

Clean but small room, great location.Posted Jan 5, 2015 on Hotels
The room was very small, but clean. A few cracks in the wall. It was perfect for someone like me who just wants a clean room to sleep and shower in. The location was perfect! Very close to Accademia and Zitarre stops. 7 minute walk to San Marco Piazza. Convenient location, but just far enough that the streets were quiet at night.

Lage des HotelsPosted Jan 3, 2015
Cons: Frühstück: Kaffee bzw. Espresso/Cappuccino

Dog friendly and convenient.Posted Nov 4, 2014
Pros: Paintings, books and antiques giving it a homely atmosphere.
Location: Right on the doorstep of the Academia and close to the Peggy Guggenheim museum.
The hotel is quaint and comfortable with helpful staff. It is situated between two vaporetta stops [Academia and Zattera] with no steps in between to be manoeuvred with suitcases. Set into the wall of the hotel is a water fountain for dogs which was installed by the dog loving owner who also welcomes dogs as guests. Breakfast is good and served in a pleasant environment.Overall a delightful, comfortable boutique hotel full of charm and character which is reasonably priced.

Godt centralt beliggende hotel, men støj fra gadenPosted Nov 3, 2014 on Hotels
Hotellet ligger godt og centralt og man kommer nemt dertil med vaporettoen. Jeg boede på 1. sal og der var megen støj fra gaden langt ud på aftenen og om natten. Man kunne høre folk tale hele tiden. Så bed om 1 værelse højt oppe.

Quaint and comfortable accommodationsPosted Oct 28, 2014 on Hotels
The hotel was located in a great place being only about 50 meters from the academy bridge, which allow us easy walking to San Marco Piazza or the Rialto Bridge area. Our room was small but very comfortable. Good TV and WiFi services. Our breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and always available.

Great location and good servicePosted Oct 24, 2014 on Hotels
The hotel is located within less than 100 yards of the Accademia Bridge and vaporetto stop.It was clean but a little worn. The shower was the smallest I've ever been in, but the water pressure was fine and the towels reasonable. Housekeeping, front desk, and breakfast staff were all helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with a selection of coffee, juices, cereals, pastries, ham, boiled eggs, fresh fruit and fruit salad, and yogurt. It was walking distance from St. Marks, but if we were there again we would definitely get 24 or 72 hour vaporetto passes. We would definitely stay there again.
