Apprezzo molto anche le osservazioni che avete fatto, perché sono costruttive e sono un esempio dell'importanza del parere degli ospiti. Purtroppo per rispettare la massima sicurezza per il Covid abbiamo dovuto eliminare il buffet e abbiamo scelto, come avete visto, di servire gli ospiti "alla carta" preparando sul momento le pietanze scelte. Questo comporta un rallentamento delle operazioni, però, diciamo che rappresenta anche la nostra visione di vacanza veneziana, dove gustare e assaporare ogni singolo momento ed esperienza è più importante del numero dei monumenti che si riesce a visitare. Riguardo ai pavimenti ci troviamo in una abitazione del 1500 con pavimenti originali veneziani e il pavimento, insieme al resto, fa la differenza fra l'atmosfera di location originale veneziana invece di quelle ricostruite con materiali moderni. Controlleremo la porta della doccia e il phon, mentre riguardo al bidet per questo bagno avevamo già programmato una ristrutturazione, ma i mesi di stop del Covid ci hanno costretto a riprogrammare i lavori speriamo nel prossimo inverno. Anche noi ci siamo trovati molto bene con voi e non è facile trovare ragazzi giovani disponibili e aperti come voi.
