The apartment was wonderful. One bedroom with sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen and dining table. In a residential area within walking distance to the Grand Canal, waterbus, and train station.

Perfect location! Lovely apartment!!! Do it!Posted Jun 8, 2014
The location is perfect from the train station and bus stops. The staff is wonderfully accommodating and very sweet! The apt has everything you could need for a stay, including a washer! Everything is kept very nice and the apt has great air conditioning! Fridge is full size so we were able to save on meals by cooking our own dinners. It was an absolutely lovely experience and I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else in Venice! Loved it! We will be back as soon as possible.

Easily accessible hotel, close to transport linksPosted Jun 3, 2014
Pros: comfortable, close to a major bus terminal for easy access to other towns, walking distance from water bus-stop, free wifi
Cons: nothing, keep up your good standards
Location: Walk to Piazza Roma (major bus terminal), catch a bus to Padua, Walk 5mins to tram stop, catch tram (20mins) to St Anthony of Padua church. Awesome!
The manager was very helpful in giving tips about places to visit, reasonably priced restaurants, short cuts to places and general information

Excellent apartments in a fantastic location.Posted May 27, 2014
The Alberghiera is easy to find from the train station and the information sent before we arrived made everything even easier. The reception staff were very welcoming and the room, kitchen and bathroom were all immaculate when we arrived. There are e cellent restaurants near by and it's easy to navigate to and from the hotel. We have already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again when visiting Venice!

Functional & SpaciousPosted May 21, 2014
Alberghiera is an apartment which if you take the Ali Laguna boat service from Marco Polo airport, is the second stop en route to Venice. The apartment is 5-10 mins walk, about 500mtrs. The apartment we had included a spacious open plan kitchen, diner, sofa & large screen TV, a large separte bedroom with ample wardrobe space, and a good size bathroom. As a base, this was perfect. It was less 10 mins walk to the boat stop, and 3-4 mins from a main walking route with shops & restaurants. There were also a few good restaurants within 5 mins walk towards the boat stop. Spending our days out in Venice was great, and it was relaxing knowing that we were going back to a fully functional apartment, rather than a hotel room. I would definitely return to this apartment if visiting Venice again.

Nice apartment but overpricedPosted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: Comfortable bed, small kitchenette and lots of storage space for your luggage
Cons: A bit more lighting in the rooms will be good. A dishwasher would be also helpful
Location: Amazing location within easy walking distance from station. You can start 20 mins before your train leaves and you will be there with time to spare.
The building is a bit difficult to locate and maybe the directions emailed by the hotel can be improved. The apartment is quite cosy with an amazing central location, just a few minutes from the station and other attractions. The receptionist was very helpful when we had a bit of an emergency and gave us the required info immediately.

A real gem of a hotel in the heart of VenicePosted Mar 5, 2014
This is not so much a hotel as a luxury apartment. From the moment you walk in, your breath is taken away. The apartment in warm, beautiful and very spacious. It has style and personality, which we loved. It felt like it really belonged in Venice (which in itself is probably the most beautiful city I've seen so far). It is also very well thought out, so you have everything you may need for your stay. The location is amazing, just a few steps away from Santa Lucia train station, and with the directions provided was very easy to find. From here you can go anywhere in Venice either on foot or by using one of the water buses. Originally we considered getting a hotel in Mestre, but very glad that we went for this option instead in the end. It would have been a shame having to travel to Venice and back every day by train/bus. The staff was very friendly and spoke great English. They were very helpful giving us directions and suggestions. We hope we can make another trip to Venice some time in the near future. If we do we will definitely be staying here again.

The room was very stylish and quite large. It was also quiet at night. It was close to the train station and many restaurants

Lovely, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Only snag was that the air conditioning was not working and was waiting to be repaired, so hard to sleep until the early hours. Carmela, the manager, was helpful and informative. Her English is quite good. Although quiet, the location near the Santa Lucia railway station and the bus station was very useful. There is a large Co-op near the bus station with a wonderful deli counter. Several places to eat nearby at a reasonable price.
