Close to vaporetto & beach.

Posted Jul 16, 2014
Basic. On the lido (will cost 47 euros for a car & 3 passengers) but very convenient for both beach and vaporetto to Venice. Parking difficult. A side room will mean noise from next door "games room" until after midnight and road facing rooms will encounter road noise. However, you get what you pay for and £204 for 4 nights in venice cannot be sniffed at. Take earplugs and you will not be disappointed!

excellent for this price

Posted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: Great location; at the halfway between vaporetto and the beach (each way 10 minutes by walk). The staff is friendly and helpful.
Cons: Cleanness can be improved.
Location: There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby.
We chose this hotel as we did not want to pay a fortune to a hotel in Venice. We are glad we did so. The hotel provides basic comfort and is on a pleasant main street. If you like to watch local people passing by get a room at the front side. If you are sensible to noise ask for one at the back side. There was no air-conditioner but a fan and it was OK as the weather was not so warm. Do not forget to bring some preventive device for mosquitos.

Great location and value

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Location, value
Cons: Air conditioning
Location: public transit, beach, restaurants and bars all nearby
Located on Lido, 5 minutes from water bus dock or beach. Clean room, (no AC). Location is away from the hustle and bustle of Venice, good place to unwind after a day in the crowds. Many restaurants and bars nearby, (inexpensive compared to Venice). Breakfast is extra (didn't try it). Would stay there again, if visiting Venice.

Stayed for 3 days. The weather was very hot, thats why a hotel close to the beach was a must. and we got what we want. rooms are clean. location is the best. beach - 3 minutes walk, vaporetto 5 minutes walk.the downsides are: no condition, breakfasts costs 5 EUR and are poor. reccomend for short stay at Lido.

Pleasant hotel if on a budget

Posted May 27, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Some fixtures and fittings need repair. Could do with tea/coffee making facilities and small fridge plus hair drier.
Location: Excellent location for both the Lido beach and the waterbus/taxi/bus depot. Very pretty and green. Good restaurant & shop choices nearby
Well located on the main street to Lido's waterbus depot etc. Traditionally Italian but looked tired. Lamp shade stained, some damp patches, no tea/coffee making facilities and/or fridge. Comfortable however and staff were friendly and helpful.

Small but perfectly formed

Posted May 26, 2014
I had a small but very nice one bedroom room. It was quieter then most hotels I have stayed in (aside from outside noises of revellers). For the price you get a basic but good place to crash with v.friendly staff at a v.good rate.

Excellent choice for a last minute stop in Venice

Posted May 6, 2014
Location: There are lots of restaurants nearby, including one that has been in business for 80 years! They have amazing gelato!!
The area around the hotel is beautiful! We were greeted by very friendly staff, the room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was perfect, more choice than your traditional Italian breakfast, which was great for our Canadian appetites!! I would stay here again without hesitation!

Nice hotel for family vacation

Posted Apr 29, 2014
Pros: A lot of restaurants nearby with reasonable price. Internet free.
Location: Hotel located in Lido Island. It took 1 hour to arrive from Santa Lucia train station. Very good for family vacation as there is beach nearby.
pros: Hotel near to the beach. Friendly staff/owner. A lot of restaurants nearby with reasonable price. Internet free. Good air/ventilation system. cons: It cost you 7 euro (single trip) to this island and took about ~1 hour to arrive from Santa Lucia train station.

Good value on Lido

Posted Nov 20, 2013
Pros: This is a popular budget hotel, clean & warm. Breakfast not included - good value for 5 euro.
Cons: Decor a bit tired.
Location: It's on the main street about 5 minutes walk from the boat station. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. You can leave luggage after you check out.
Lido n November is great - sunshine, beaches, bicycles - even if it can be a little cold. On Sunday, everyone takes to the main street to meet friends and family in the shadow of magnificent hotels. Hotels and restaurants are much less expensive than the main island and, on the faster linea, journey time isn't bad
