Peaceful, quiet location in VenicePosted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: Convenience for the bus and rail stations.
Location: Everything in Venice is within walking distance and a vaporetti stop is only minutes away if wishing to go further afield to the islands.
This is mid way between a guesthouse and a hotel situated close to the bus and rail stations. A pleasant continental style breakfast is served either inside or in the small garden at the back of the property and was ample to keep me satisfied until well past lunchtime. The room allocated to me was that by the breakfast room and I found it quiet and comfortable. Everywhere was scrupulously clean. The whole seemed to me to be excellent value for the money paid and the staff encountered friendly and obliging.

Beautiful hotel, lovely quiet spotPosted Sep 28, 2014
Staff were so helpful, pointing out good places to walk and eat. Room was gorgeous! We loved staying here. Very close to PI Roma, which we needed.

Good stay w/exceptionsPosted Aug 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
Our stay was pleasant other than two minor occurrences. First when we booked through hotels.com, it wasn't clear that we had to pay per person rather than by room. When we arrived we were upcharged $50 and moved to a main floor room. Additionally, the AC broke on night two and wasn't fixed until 10am. Venice in August is too hot not to have any AC. The area is quiet, the breakfast was good, and the service was pleasant.

Great location near Piazza RomaPosted Jun 1, 2014
Pros: Beauiful courtyard out back, and lovely tented area for breakfast
Cons: Perhaps hot water, tea and coffee could be provided in the main lobby area for guests returning to their rooms.
Location: Fantastic location close to the Piazza Roma, close to restaurants, and withing walking distance of everything.
This little gem is well located away from the main tourist rush. Lots of restaurants and still within walking distance to everything. The hosts are superb and very helpful

Good Location! Fair for the PricePosted Apr 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
Everything was great. Very friendly staff. Excellent location - - two tiny bridges over from the St. Marks Parking Lot. On a quiet street. Room and the Bath was clean. The only thing is that the bed and pillow was uncomfortable. The biggest plus is the location if you are driving since it's not on a noisy busy street and yet very close to parking.

This is an awesome hotel! The location was so easy to find and close to the station and parking garage. It was far from Piazza San Marco, but who cares? In Venice, you walk to everything! The breakfast was light but good. The service and room were perfect! The safety and security was also very good! I would highly recommend it!

Great hotel at perfect locationPosted Aug 19, 2013
Pros: Staff, location, accommodation
Cons: Food could be more hearty and beds shall be longer.
Location: 10 mins max walk from train station.
All the best about the hotel. The only thing to mention is that breakfast is more of a snack( croissant and marmalade ). Beds are quite short if you are taller than 175cm. Also do not eat at restaurant across the street (Los ramblas? ). They will rip you off. Dinner for two is 50 euros even though menu says different. You can eat at place around the corner for half the price and right at the canal.
