Wonderful stay!Posted Oct 28, 2013
Pros: Location to train station
Location: Great restaurants and shopping close by.
The hotel is close to the train station and the vaporetto stops. The room was charming and the breakfast buffet was really good. I want their espresso machine. Staff was helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Charming gem in Venice.Posted Oct 9, 2013
Pros: Loved the staff and the location. Charming hotel!
Cons: Although the breakfast was good, I would increase the selection of items or at least vary them a little from day to day.
Location: Located close to train station and easy access to boat activities.
Terrific stay. Room was neat and tidy. Windows opened to a nice view and made you feel part of the city. Staff was very helpful and made you feel at home. Definitely will return.

Not a 4 star hotelPosted Sep 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel is close to the train station ... That's about the only positive thing I could say The breakfast was the worst buffet I have had in a stay in Europe in over 8 hotels ... Also they filled tap water in their breakfast buffet water bottles instead of replacing with new sealed bottles One of the staff members was very friendly and the other was rude. This is no where near a 4 star hotel ... Not more than a 2.5 star Rooms are run down and quite dated Will never recommend or return here We also stayed at Pesaro palace for a night and that is a fantastic hotel which easily merits a 4 star

decent value and location but needs updatingPosted Sep 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed here 4 nights. The location is great. The two bell boys were nice. The rooms were clean but decor needs updating and was slightly creepy. Not a four star but if you get a deal on it not bad for one or two nights.

Great Location, helpful staffPosted Aug 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Very easy to find and conveniently located near the train station. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Bathroom could have been in better condition, not very clean. Room was small but nicely detailed and very comfortable. Overall a very good experience.

Perfect hotel location for short stay in Venice.Posted Aug 25, 2013
Pros: Great location, smokers friendly, good breakfast.
Cons: Sound isolation, more choice of fruits for breakfast.
Location: Hotel located in Venice...
To complete difficult tack - explore Venice in 2 days hotel located just perfectly. In 5 minutes walk from train station, without necessary to cross any bridges and steps with baggage. A lot of restaurants, ferry station located very close to hotel. Hotel little bit old, but very good maintained, still some small improvements with doors sound isolation is possible. Our room have terrace it is big plus for smokers.

Place to sleep and close to everythingPosted Aug 23, 2013
Pros: The bathroom was very modern and clean, with good water pressure in the shower. Room was cleaned well and we always got new towels.
Cons: Very old rooms - carpet was dirty. The walls and door could have been made of paper. We heard absolutely every sound from the hallway and next rooms.
Location: This hotel was close to EVERYTHING in Rome. We walked to every attraction in the city, as well as some very nice restaurants for dinner.
The location of this hotel can't be beat. We walked to every attraction in Rome, as well as some very nice places for dinner. One huge drawback was the complete lack of soundproofing in the walls and door - we heard absolutely every noise from the hallway and room next to us. We never slept through the night without being woken up several times by other people coming and going. A positive was the amazing shutters and curtains that shut out every bit of sunlight coming into the room, so although noisy, it was dark!
