Excellent location, 2 mins from St Mark's square, great for everyone with kids. Go around get tired go for a nap to the hotel..easy access to everything..7-10 min walk to Rialto..hotel itself is kept well..rooms are small but well maintained. Hotel staff are very helpful. Nice spread at breakfast..plenty of places to eat around..

Great location & welcoming staff

Posted Oct 6, 2014
Pros: Location, decor, staff & breakfast.
Cons: -
Location: Graea location - St Mark's square is two minutes walk and the Rialto bridge just 5 minutes or so walk.
I would certainly recommenced this hotel. The manager and staff were so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and the B'fast rooms are like Orient Express carriages.

Pros: Central to restaurants, museums, vaporetto stops.
Well-run modern hotel at fair price, adequate breakfast, hilariously small elevator.

2 minutes from St Marks Square!

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Pros: It was full of character and near to all attractions.
Cons: Unfortunately the cleaning staff used the corridor just outside our room to store all the dirty linen etc, which meant we had to side step them.
Location: Central location to St Marks Square, Rialto, Grand Canal, shops, restuarants .
Lovely Venetian decked out hotel. It was very close to everything. Lovely breakfast with a variety of options-fruit salad, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cake, toast, cereal , scrambled egg.

Very good hotel close to San Marcos Piazza

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Liked the location, the room and also the breakfast. Hotel was a few short streets from Piazza San Marcos and near a lot of restaurants and shopping.
Cons: The room had limited power outlets and with today's electronics they could add a power strip.
I was there with my wife and 2 teenage kids. Hotel is in a great location near Piazza San Marcos, restaurants and many of the sites of the city. We had 2 rooms and the rooms were average size for Europe with good amount of storage and modern comfortable bathrooms. Complimentary breakfast was good.

Hotels needs a renovation. Rooms were musty and you would be afraid to step on the carpeted floor. But the staff are nice
