Wonderful HotelPosted Jun 17, 2015
Really nice cosy hotel in the heart of Venice. Everything was a short walk away. We received a free room upgrade without asking simply because they could. To me this is the sign of a hotel that wants their guests to enjoy their stay. Everything was clean and tidy, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Good for business travelersPosted Jun 14, 2015
Quiet side street (many places have noisy carts in the morning roll by the hotel, not this one), good A/C, thick walls, room big, good internet connection (though unsecured, so you may need a VPN to encrypt emails and other sensitive Internet communication), buffet breakfast very nice and cheap (about 13 euros), and 24 hours reception and room service (with very reasonable prices, about 2-3 euros for a coffee with cookies). I could work very well there, also because there is only 1 TV channel per language (zdf for German BBC for English). It's a bit hard to find, but that's true for many hotels in Venice that are not along a canal.

Pros: Clean, staff very pleasant, good location.
Cons: Having a breathing problem the stairs were difficult for me, would like to have been on a lower floor.
Location: Great location close to our tour bus, many nice shops and lovely places for eating wonderful food.
Everything was great, wonderful visit I wish everyone could have the chance to visit beautiful Italy.

Good staff, slightly difficult locationPosted Jun 9, 2015
Good staff, clean rooms, but it is hard to find the hotel - they shall fix a signboard facing the square. The main door is very noisy and wakes you up in the middle of the night if someone enters later than you, which is the case in Venice

Pros: bathroom was large and modern, room was vary spacious
Cons: a sign by the entrance door that is a little easier to see (stands out from the building)
Location: location was close to shopping, the main square and the main canal
Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Great location close to amenities

Pleasant hotel off the beaten pathPosted Jun 3, 2015
Pros: helpful desk staff-great restaurant recommendation- nice breakfast
Location: many trattorias, easy walk to Rialto bridge for evening strolls, close to boat for airport
Like most hotels in Venice this gem was around a few corners but worth the adventure. The treck from the train station was interesting so I do recommend light luggage as its a work out. However, it was a breeze to get to the Aliguna vaporetto stop for the airport

Nothing worth mentioning. Nothing special. Expensive for what they offer.

Bien Situé, confortable et accueillantPosted May 1, 2015 on Hotels
Hotel très bien situé dans Venise (proche du pont Rialto et à 10 min de la place San Marco). Le personnel est très accueillant. La chambre est confortable t fonctionnel tout en conservant le style palais vénitien.
