5 stars from us fantastic location and able to walk everywhere. Hotel staff couldn't have been any more helpful and made the stay an absolute pleasure. We stayed in the Junior suite and it was lovely and over a split level. Room was clean and maintained well. My only 2 points would be and these don't take away from the experience but just little things, not a fan of having to step in a bath for a shower, knees getting older and would prefer a shower unit and secondly there is switches everywhere, they all did something but lots of random flicking. That being said it was great location, great hotel and most importantly amazing staff.

Beautiful hotel with a delicious breakfast. However, wish we had known that the restaurant and rooftop bar were closed on Mondays (the day of our stay) before booking.

The hotel staff was excellent and catered to every need we had. Location was in a queit area and was walkable to many great restaurants and tourist locations. Vaperreto access is very convenient being a short distance from the property. Great stay, very clean, and the staff was extraordinary.

Service was excellent, from being met at the water taxi destination near the Accedemia bridge to the box breakfast they offered unbidden because of our early train. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

We loved our stay in this design-oriented hotel. The neighborhood has it’s own bridge across the Grand Canal, and is near the Peggy Guggenheim collection. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. A wonderful travel experience.

Me and my partner stayed here for a week and we were very looked after by all the staff here. My boyfriend has a walking disability and the hotel provided a wheelchair for us just incase we needed it when walking around Venice which was very useful. All the staff are unbelievably friendly, chatty, welcoming and were always there if we needed anything or had any questions. The room we stayed in was immaculate, very clean, tidy and well presented, our room got cleaned maybe twice a day which we weren’t expecting but were very grateful for and the breakfast was lovely as well. Would definitely recommend, good location, polite staff, quiet and a pleasant location too, we wouldn’t change anything about our stay.

A beautiful space tucked in a cozy corner of Venice that is also very convenient. The staff was wonderful, the rooms nice, and a very good breakfast. Two notes: the shower requires a large step up, and so even a taller person needs to be careful. Also, the patio up top seems to be used only for sunbathing, not for sitting and having a drink :)

The top floor terrace was the best! Room and breakfast were top notch, felt like staying in someone's house. Close to the academia area and bridge in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants choices. Would definitely recommend and looking foward to returning.

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it even more than the first. We had a lovely room with rooftop views. The art deco style across the hotel is beautiful and a change to the traditional Italian style. Very nice staff. Great experience overall.
