Great locations!Posted May 28, 2015
Pros: The location - close walk to the grand canal, but far enough away you feel like you are tucked away into a great little neighborhood.
Location: Great restaurants near by, close to the Grand Canal - great Venice neighborhood feel.
Loved this place! Great location, clean, friendly staff, a huge breakfast spread and a great price! Directions from the hotel staff were perfect, easy to find.

The room was beautiful. The staff were nice and helpful. The only negative is the air conditioning was not on and the room was hot.

Very nice placePosted May 7, 2015
Pros: Its just cool great place to relax and reasonably close to most of the big attractions.
Cons: Fly screens on windows to stop mosquitoes.
Location: lots of little resturants and not far from the main channel.
The hotel isn't the easiest place to find but what is in Venice. The staff were great they attended to all our needs and supplied us with maps and great suggestions on places to eat & see.

Quaint HotelPosted May 6, 2015
Pros: Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Close to several small restaurants and shops.
Cons: WI-FI service could be better, subsribe to more (at least one) English speaking channel on the cable.
Location: 30 seconds to he first canal and gondolas. Several small restaurants on either side. Walking distance to the Rialto Bridge and Marco Polo Square.
Very clean, very friendly staff great breakfasts (the home made baking was outstanding). A 10- minute walk to the closest water bus station that takes you every were including Murano and the airport. The rooms are on the third floor and there are no elevators, any one with a walking disability would be challenged.

Close to all popular areas.Posted Mar 11, 2015
Pros: This was an Inn and not a hotel so was very small and had several flights of stairs, the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Location: Location was in a good area, not far from St Marks Square and also the local markets and stalls. Water buses are brilliant and run a good service.
Inn very basic, had a problem with the Television had no service for the four days stay and was assured that this would be sorted out but wasn't! No tea and coffee making facilities in room and had to get receptionist to make us a cup of tea on arrival, but was advised that if we wanted any further we would have to pay two euro's for them to boil water in a microwave!!!! Good area to stay, away from main tourist attractions.

Seul bémol: pas d'ascenseur alors que l'hôtel est situé au troisième étage.
