Could not stay here due to many bugs being in the room. Additionally, it seems due to some city regulation they could not have Air Conditioning running in Oct. which meant my wife and I felt very uncomfortable (it was very warm weather). This was not an issue for other hotels in the area They also declined refunding us, this was a horrible experience and suggslest people book elsewhere.

The owner of the property was waiting for us to make sure we were taken care of even though it was late at night. The property is unique with a nice layout. 5 min from Marco Polo airport

Absolutely wonderful stay! Rosa and Loris amazing! Ricardo picked us up at airport. We had a long travel day and needed food and rest. They welcomed us with food and wine even though we arrived late in the evening.

Wonderful quaint place! Clean and comfortable. Owners were very nice and helpful. Owner helped us find our way to Venice and gave us parking tips. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Highly recommended!

It's a lovely old house with a big swimming pool- I didn't get to swim but it looked lovely. It was very pleasant eating breakfast outside in the shade of the plants and shrubs. The proprietor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Venice

Excellent stay with Rosa and her husband! Loved the pool bar and having a nice relaxing pool time with some cold beer after a hot day of touring in Murano. We took advantage of dinner on the property. Dinner was a fantastic homemade affair. Excellent breakfast offerings with croissants and breads. Comfortable room accommodations And I would suggest to take the private boat to Murano or Venice! We wish we took advantage of this additional service

The owner is the kindest person! I arrived very late at night; the restaurant was already closed and she still cooked me a delicious party. A perfect place to stay if you need to be close to Venice airport.

staff asked me to pay more money for the room I booked, while she show me smaller room. I waked her up when I checked out at 7 am, and she refused the shuttle service for the airport. So U paid 40 Euro for the taxi. This is terrible!!!

Dear Sir,your room ( double bed plus a single bed you paid to Expedia( 69,17) The tourist tax is not included which is 2,10 per pax which means 6,30 for 1 night.The shuttle service is on request ( you must book the shuttle when you check in )and if it is available it cost 15 per room from 7 am to 11 pm. We don't have a private driver and a private car available for each room.kind regardsloris

Rosa and her husband were lovely hosts. They both work incredibly hard for their guests. Our sense was that they were slightly understaffed (likely due to covid) and worked extra hard to compensate. The room was lovely and very clean and the air conditioner worked very well. The meals provided were delicious and dinner was very reasonably priced. The grounds are not as well kept as I suspect they are when fully staffed. Internet access was not available as there appeared to be an issue with the router. But Rosa was very generous and helpful in accessing everything I needed on her main computer. The shuttle service was excellent and half the cost of a cab ride. I would definitely visit this property again if flying in or out of Venice airport.

Old but beautiful in a scenic location
Beautiful location, hotel is stunning for an older property & the staff were friendly. Room was spacious & the beds were very comfortable. Very clean & was quiet even though it’s near a main road & airport. Shame pool wasn’t available but it was probably down to it not being peak season yet. Overall I’d happily stay there again with my family & friends.

We were only overnighting near the airport before starting a cruise. Previously been and stayed in Venice and a quick reminder of arriving there on a hot day and facing the huge crowds mainly dragging suitcases through the streets to remind ourselves of the benefits of staying outside and close. Country House is near airport a few minutes drive and about 30 minutes from Venice. Rosa who runs Country House is an amazing multilingual who is a delight to meet. The B&B is a rustic interesting building in the countryside and a pleasant escape from the city. There is some plane noise but not overnight. Breakfast was adequate but would probably get boring if staying a while. Bus to Venice is only E 3.50 each way from the end of the road and if returning this would be my chosen place to stay and travel in each day to sightsee.

So convenient for our departure from the airport, and extra quiet so we slept well before our trip home. On our arrival we took a local bus from the train station/airport to the stop nearest the hotel and our hosts picked us up from there. One caveat: The bus leaves you on the side of the road and that was a bit nerve wracking, but we phoned the hotel from there and they picked us up immediately.

Our cruise ended in Venice and we stayed at Country Club as it was close to the airport for our flight the next morning. We loved it there. It was very homey, clean, great food and everyone on staff was very friendly.

Great Location to the Airport
We booked this hotel because of its proximity to Marco Polo Airport and it seems the other guests did also. The property is family run by a husband and wife. She let us know she was 66, but very strong. She offered to help us with our bags up the stairs when we found out, to our disappointment, that there was no lift as the hotel.com information stated. You must be able to drive to the airport area or Mestre if you want anything to do or go out to dinner. Otherwise you can eat at the property. Our dinner bill came to a hefty 89 euros, partly due to the fact that we wanted to share our dinner entree, but were brought two separate dinners instead. The room was basic and actually a little drab. The light was pretty dim. If you are looking for a quiet hotel, close to the airport, this one is good.
