Venice

Pros: clean and breakfast and new
Cons: wi fi in rooms not available only on 1st floor designated area
Location: everything close but sooooo quiet!
Most posh stay of 4 city tour- 200 years old on outside and so new and clean on inside. Nicola was amazing! walked us to our first dinner at 11pm! and he was off from his shift- breakfast awesome- fresh and so many choices. Free wifi and cappacinos- just great!

e cel lent hotel away from crowds!

Posted Jun 28, 2015
Pros: The friendly staff & the cleanliness & comfort of the room.
Cons: Tea/coffe making facilities in rooms.
Location: Just far enough away from main tourist areas to be quiet, but only 2 minute walk to restaurants/ bars & vaporetto stop down Grand Canal.
I stayed here with my daughter for 4 nights & was very pleased with the hotel & its location. It was a little tricky to find at 1st, but once we'd got our bearings it was fine. Spotlessly clean hotel & room, with nice breakfast, but no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.. Good breakfast with nice selection of food. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful & went out of their way to give advice or information to enable us to get the most from our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent

This hotel is ideally located a short walk from Piazalle Roma which is where the bus from the airport drops you off. There is a vaporetto stop a very short walk away connecting you to the whole of Venice through 4 different routes. There is also a really nice little square not far from the hotel. It is very secluded with nice bars and restaurants and a coop for supplies! The hotel is really nicely decorated in Venetian theme. The rooms are very clean and nicely laid out. Breakfast is fine, croissants, bread and jam etc. excellent service very friendly. I would stay here again for sure.

Delightful Hotel in a Dream City!

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: Quiet room! Classy comfort in a slightly off-the-beaten-track area of Venice - nice to feel welcome among "locals"
Cons: Tea-making facilities in our room. Although the hairdryer and the fan in the bathroom were not working it did not worry us unduly
Location: Handy for vaporetto to the airport and all tourist attractions; handy for railway station, Rialto and numerous cafes, restaurants and bars
Gorgeous building; innovatively decorated rooms; attentive but unobtrusive staff

Very comfortable stay

Posted May 25, 2015
Pros: The room, breakfast and front office staff.
Cons: WiFi. A hotel bar would have been nice, too.
Location: Close to train & bus stations, and near to Riva Di Biasio water-bus stop. Good, well-priced restaurants nearby but bit of a hike to St Mark's Square.
For a hotel out of Venice's madding crowds, this takes some beating. Very helpful, friendly and easy to get to, it suited our purposes for a 2-night visit perfectly. WiFi could have been better but everything else worked well, room was clean and comfy and the front office staff couldn't do enough to help. Great value.

Just heads up: Google maps the route incorrectly. It's an easy walking distance from the station but once you go over the bridge, go left, not right like the map route shows. Two restaurants right by the hotel. Don't forget to try chichetti in town.
