Hilton Garden Inn Venice Mestre San Giuliano

The entire experience was beyond our expectations. The entire staff was helpful and the room clean and modern.

We stayed at this hotel at the close of a 2 week cruise around Italy. It was the perfect place to stay before going to the airport the following morning; away from the bustling crowds of Venice and close to the airport. The hotel provides a shuttle to the airport for 7 euro each. There are also public busses that run every 15 minutes or so that take you to Venice in about 10 minutes for only about 1.50 euro one way. My only complaints were that they did not have any english speaking tv channels in the rooms except for 2 news channels and there was no dvd, etc to play movies or get on demand for a fee. Also on check in morning, they were understaffed and folks had to wait over an hour to check in. Other than that a great choice.

A very modern hotel with high quality service.Ten minutes by local bus from central Venice.All facilities available if needed- gym, laundry,shop, pool etc.Reception staff extremely helpful and professional. However restaurant prices not for travellers on a budget and only one other option nearby. No shops or eating places within immediate vicinity of hotel.Hotel pantry a good idea for snacks but not for actual meals.Character sacrificed for comfort when comparing costs with hotels in central Venice.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful. They also provided public transport tickets and a timetable which worked out perfect!

All very good except for expensive restaurant where only pizza is tasty and fairly valued. Food at panty is better. Hotel is an isolated location not close to restaurants or stores without a car. Very wheelchair friendly hotel, take the #5 accessible bus from airport to hotel or hotel to piazza roma to visit old venice. Not possible to return directly to hotel from old venice or hotel to airport as pick up/drop off is across a very busy 4 lane hwy with a raised medium. Hotel allows early check in, great for tired early arrivals.

A nice hotel if you want to stay in Mestre and go to Venezia. The hotel is very modern and upkeep, with a very helpful staff. It is in front of a bus stop that takes you straight to Venezia, or if you rather drive, it is about a mile out of the main highway. Parking is free.

Hotel location, staff and upkeep is very good and par with 4 star hotel requirements. Hotel staff, especially the front desk employees were very helpful in guiding us for our trip around Venice.

A confortabile hotel, really close to Venice. I appreciated the free parking and the shuttle.

because of its high price, this hotel is an excellent place for short-time stay. but compare to other hotels around Venice, it is worth for its price.
