Good Hotel Outside VenicePosted Jul 29, 2014
If your looking for a good hotel close to venice this is the place. Only 5 minutes away from a bus that takes you directly to Venice's main entrance. Staff was great and breakfast Buffet was good. Only downside was the extra stiff bed but was ok anyway

Close to the airport and easy access to Venice.Posted Jun 28, 2014
We had taken the ferry from Croatia to Venice. We were only staying one night and flying home the following day. Altieri was perfect for our needs.

Hotel close to the airportPosted May 30, 2014
We chose this hotel because it is not expensive and close to the airport (6.5 km), nevertheless taxy to the airport cost us $28. The hotel looks nice and clean. Our first room had a broken shower box. We complained and were moved to another room. Our second room was not conditioned properly. You can have tea only in the morning. We had only plastic cups in the room, but when we asked we were given 2 glasses. Otherwise the service was good and polite.

Bus stop across street...into Rome in 25 min.Posted Oct 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
Overall the stay was good. Hotel could use an update. The room was spacious and generally clean and comfortable. A few ammenities in room did'nt work like the towel warmer, and blow dryer. staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a typical European breakfast of cereals, hard cooked eggs, danishes, sliced lunchmeat, cheese and yogurt...it was good. Right in the middle of an Italian neighboorhood...which was cool. Places to eat within walking distance. Bus stop right across the street takes you to Venice in about 25 min. Wi-fi was not good...none in room and off and on in the lobby, not reliable. Would probably stay again because of the value for your money is good.

Nice hotelPosted Oct 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel is in a good location just outside of Venice, it's about a 15 min bus ride into Venice. Room was clean and staff was friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the hard beds.

Close to Marco Polo AirportPosted Oct 9, 2013
We had an early flight so we needed to leave a 4 AM. The Clerk/Manager tried to tell us we couldn't leave that early! It took some convincing to make him see the light. It's a creepy neighborhood but only 5 min. to the airport.
