Everything was fine. Good breakfast! Had a problem with a mosquito in the night. Wish there were screens on at least one window. Otherwise very good hotel

Very helpful, our flight was cancelled and we had no problem booking the extra night. A bottle of proseco was sent to our room which was extremely thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotelvand the staff, specially the one that always help us was superb!!

It really was only a 5 minute walk from Rialto bride and St Mark’s Square. Surrounded by restaurants and shops.Hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. Room and bathroom were both a bit “tired” looking but perfectly clean. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel. Made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Air conditioning is controlled by reception, which is not a good idea,think this needs to be addressed. All in all a lovely break in a beautiful place.

This is a beautiful, clean, and safe property with an excellent breakfast. We easily walked to all the sites. We were delighted to find such a treasure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Venice.

Situated between the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square - an easy 5 minute walk. Easy access to the public canal boats. Birthday treat and an additinal treat with complimentary wine.

Staff was exceptional - from the breakfast hosts to the front desk. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety on the buffet and rooms were very nice. The only tiny thing negative was the noise in the street out front. We only heard that because we like to sleep with the window open. Location was fantastic just steps away from Rialto stop on the canal.

Venice is lovely, the hotel is perfect and centrally located to dining options, shopping and sightseeing. Few minutes walk to vaporetto stations, churches, gelattos and souvenir shops. Clean room, excellent breakfast with a variety of choices, I love desserts and bread, it’s worth it! Highly recommend this to Venice first timers like me.

The staff, including the front desk ladyChiara we’re all kind, and polite. The room was really fantastic. Everything in Venice seems walkable, however, we were in a very good region for the things we needed, single parent, traveling with two children. breakfast was quite good, filling. But also many good light options. I needed and received generous amount of coffee in the morning. The staff was also courteous and supportive in our efforts to get our bags juggled, and they kindly held the bags for us for about four hours. That allows us to see some elements of Venice that we would’ve missed if we had had our bags with us. Thank you guys for that. Bathroom is spacious, clean, and well managed. We had a triple room , Canalview, Lovely two days in Venice, significantly augmented by our time at this property.

Good location. Property needs better maintenance. One of our double sinks was broken, took 2 days for full repair. Toilet was partially working. Beds and pillows are very hard. Asked for foam toppers which they gave us but staff put king size one on upside down so I needed to flip it. Room temperature not really in your control…basically done by front desk staff and re-sets every time pull key card out. They have a beautiful bar area but it’s not staffed. Breakfast was tasty with fairly good variety
