Hauch von NostalgiePosted Jun 2, 2015
Pros: Charmantes Haus, ruhige Lage, Frühstücksraum und Frühstück im Freien, Dreibettzimmer mit eigenem Zimmer für unseren Sohn. Viel Platz

Lovely Hotel not far from extensive Lido beachPosted May 23, 2015
Pros: Friendly, helpful, will arrange taxi if required to ferry (taxi is 12 Euro May 2105) 24 hr conierge.
Cons: Can't think of anything
Location: 15 mins walk to the ferry to San Marco and other islands 2 mins by taxi. There is a massive beach and beach huts and beach facilities 2 mins.
Staff welcoming. Usual shampoo & towels. There is a fridge to keep drinks cool. There is a supermarket (Conad) near to the Ferry which sells water 1 Euro for 3 Litres. Extensive breakfast - fruit juice, toast, biscuits, fruit cake slices, yoghurt, fruit (giant apples) choice of 4 cereals, a croissant, ham, cheese, tea (lots of different tea bags) coffee. There are a lot of shops a few mins away and plenty of cafes/restaurants. Bike hire is available from the hotel and the island is 7 miles long and 90% roads with a few canals. Scenic views of San Marco and small islands around such as La Giudecca and San Giorgio Maggiore and a few other small Islands. Lido is not crowded and is nice to escape the crowds of Venice. WORTH GETTING A 3 4 OR 5 day boat pass from a ticket office - I think you can get a voucher online and convert to tickets. Was at the airport 10 pm and there was a ticket machine for the ferry in the airport and the ticket office still open at 10 pm. the las ferry is 0.15 am

Worst Hotel to stay in Venezia Most Arrogant staffPosted Apr 30, 2015
This is the worst Hotel I have ever seen in my 15 years of World Travelling experiences. Staffs are arrogant that shout at the guests does not care about guest privacy just bang the door and enter guest room. Rooms are fitted with old water pipes which will leak and flood the room and will spoil your belongings. My case One Laptop, One DSLR Camera, And many documents are damaged due to their water leaking. They will hold guest passports and try to recover money for their old fittings saying that you have damaged it. Be careful of the front office staff they behave very badly. I had to call police to release my passport from them. They were trying to impose charges on me for their fault. Breakfast are just peanuts. Location is pathetic for tourists. I will strongly say "NEVER CONSIDER THIS HOTEL"

Dear Customer, thank you for the comment about his stay in our hotel but we are obliged to point out a few things that she deliberately forgot to bring: 1) She had booked a room for 2 people and you are there in 4 people and our staff with a sense of responsibility, given the time of arrival (around 24.00) made you stay at no extra charge. 2) After the reports of some customers of the presence of water along the corridor in front of the room, our staff has risen to control the damage and, obviously, knocked and then, with the consent of the customer, he entered the room. We have checked the damage (about 5 cm of water with carpet soaked) checked the plumbing in the bathroom and found this the 'absence of water leakage from hoses and health. This control, also made by hydraulic the next day with the same results, we did assume claw spill water, present in large amounts in the room and in the hallway, it was caused by the use at incorrect shower and hand shower in the bathroom. 3) The passport has been recalibrated at registration as required by Italian law. Given the late arrival time, the hotel is practice return the docu-ments the next morning. We want to point out that she NEVER REQUEST-ED DOCUMENTS at the reception. 4) As for the alleged damages suffered by her computer she should re-member well that the computer, in front of more witnesses, worked per-fectly. 5) The elevator was working and stopped at every floor. 6) His behavior, with screams exaggerated and unjustified, has created in the rest of the customers a strong displeasure expressed by the clients during the morning. 7) How can check yourself in the various booking portals, the score obtained by the staff is among the highest present since, courtesy and respect for the customers, are the basis of

Bon hotelPosted Apr 19, 2015
