Friendly and comfortable hotel.Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Loved the location and view from room onto canal which proved very entertaining at time! Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful.
Cons: Air-conditioning did not work also plumbing noises from neighbouring rooms were rather intrusive.
Location: 5 minute walk to main route to S. Marco etc. Also lots of shops nearby. However, wandering around Cannaregio was most interesting for me.
Spent four nights here. Loved the location, slightly off the beaten tourist track, yet not far from all the sights, shops and transport.

Hotel close to Rialto bridgePosted Aug 9, 2014
Pros: Great location, nice room, relatively quiet area. Staff helped print tickets for visiting the island.
Cons: Staff could be more personable and friendlier. I was short changed on city tax when checking out which I did not appreciate. Air-con could be better.
Location: Rialto bridge, Rialto markets.
This hotel was nice and close to Rialto bridge but still in a quiet hideaway. The breakfast was great and the room had a great style and was comfortable. A quaint rooftop deck for a different view of the city.

Great, clean hotel with good location.Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: Loved the patio on the 4th floor that looked over the canal.
Cons: We were four adults and had 4 single beds which was great except two of them were cots and a bit uncomfortable.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Best to keep your windows closed at night and enjoy the air conditioning. We found out the hard way after the mosquitos had a feast.

Comfortable smallish hotel in good locationPosted Jul 21, 2014
Good, comfortable hotel. Nothing fancy but OK for the price. Family room. We had a back view of one of the canals, which bas great. Fold out beds for the kids (both 14) were apparently pretty hard and uncomfortable. Reception staff friendly. Breakfast was reasonably good. Simple continental style. Highlight was to be picked up by water taxi from the hotel on our last day for the trip to the Train Station. It wasn't cheap but well worth it.

Great location and good price.Posted Jul 20, 2014
This hotel maybe delivers a bit more than one can expect for the price - great location, view from the room, good breakfast, a/c.... But the general feeling us pretty dreary and I ended up thinking it would have been better to have spent more and stayed someplace more special. That said, good value for money.

Reasonably priced base to explore VenicePosted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Clean room, good location
Good location in the middle of Cannaregio. No thrills hotel but it was clean and the staff were all easy to deal with. Breakfast was a bit cramped but the buffet was good.

Great place to stayPosted Jun 21, 2014
Pros: Quiet, clean, good breakfast, kind staff
Cons: Directions to get here. Very out of way. Easy to get lost with one wrong turn. Everyone will say "go straight" but there is no straight in Venice.
Location: Once you get a map and you get your main streets going you are a 5minute walk to the Rialto and 10 to San Marco. Lots of shopping, eateries, gelato!!!
Google map your way here. Once you get there it is a wonderful little place away from the hustle and bustle. Great service and breakfast. Kind staff. Nice quiet neighborhood. It is clean, comfortable, and relaxing.

Great location and close to Rialto BridgePosted May 27, 2014
Pros: Great location , friendly staff, comfortable, free wifi
Cons: Breakfast could be improved, it was adequate but could be improved.
Location: Rialto bridge, Ca d'Ora , Morano Island local restaurants and lots more.
This was our first visit to Venice and we chose this hotel because of its location and the fact that it had a landing so we could arrive by water taxi to the door. We arrived earlier than check in time but our room was ready, we were in room 204 and although quite small had fantastic views iof the canal, also worth visiting the small roof top terrace on the 4th floor for amazing views. There is a vaporetta stop nearby so very convenient for seeing all that Venice has to offer, but equally you are close to many of the locals bars and restaurants should you choose to find them. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel in good location.Posted May 27, 2014
Pros: Location, just a short walk to the centre of the city.
Cons: Wasn't there long enough to comment.
Location: Room right on the canal.
Only there one night but very friendly and clean. Nothing more to say.
