Dear Roza, I am responding personally to your 'beautiful' but untruthful review that you honoured us with. Without entering into controversy and without passing judgement but only listing the facts that happened and can be documented: Shortly before your arrival unfortunately the air-conditioning machine in your loft broke down, and unfortunately the damage was not repairable and unforeseeable, and as you were three people, and as we did not have triple rooms in the main unit, we proposed that two sleep in the only available room in the hotel, 1004, and to the third person to see if he could stay only for the first night in the loft, without air conditioning Aria, otherwise we would find another solution, also offering breakfast service, which was not included in your rate, and that for the other two nights we would let you stay in the loft on the ground floor with a garden. His reaction was certainly not very conciliatory, immediately demanding a refund for your stay!!!! To which I replied that if she wanted to change hotels I would not charge her anything, as I understood the inconvenience, and it was only fair that she enjoy her holiday. Personally, I was concerned to find a solution, which I did, that caused less inconvenience to her and her friends, all at my expense, as is only fair!
