Luxury Hotel in Venice :)Posted Jul 24, 2015
This would have to be the best hotel in Venice, better yet, the best hotel in Italy so far (Been to Rome & Florence too). The staff are the BEST we have dealt with, most pleasant and helpful. Absolutely there at your every request and happy to do so. Never made you feel like any question is silly or annoying and as a tourist that doesn't speak the local language that would have to be the most important thing when travelling. The hotel itself is a boutique hotel with small rooms (but lets face it,when are you ever in the room in such a beautiful city) and small bathrooms. Both which are the normal in European Hotels. It was always clean and tidy and housekeeping did their job exceptionally well. It was located about a 2min walk from San Marco's Square and right in the heart of the designer stores and across from LV to give you an idea. We walked EVERY WHERE and it was the best, even when we got lost we found little cafes and rests. on the way so it was all worth it. We caught a Vaparetto (Water Bus) to our hotel from the train station which took about 45mins and cost 7.50euro per person which is much better than a water taxi which is about 100-150euro a trip. Andrea our concierge spent 20 minutes showing us special places on the map on where to eat, drink and explore and it was just what we needed. We couldn't have been more appreciative. Def changed our views that we had on Venice and it's our favourite place in Italy so far :) Thanks for the amazing experience.

Well-placed near central VenicePosted May 18, 2015
Pros: Helpful staff, especially Andrea (though Bruno is a bit keen to sell his walking tour - his second job!). Well-placed - a few yards from St. Mark's.
Cons: It suffers from lack of space, so there is no bar, just a very small foyer. Breakfast room also small but they have no space to expand.
Location: Five minutes from St. Mark's. Only problem was the day the Piazza flooded - in May! Easy walk to most of the sights, and right by the vaporetto stops.
Room not large, and view (just) over tiny courtyard. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable - advice on places to visit (though Bruno's recommended restaurants were over-priced. Easy booking for concerts. Complimentary bottle of prosecco in room. As we were there for a few days, we were also offered a free drink on the roof-terrace, from where you can see the top of St. Mark's and a glimpse of the Canal. A complimentary chocolate on the bed every evening! All very pleasant.

Lovely hotel close to the main tourist attractionsPosted May 12, 2015
Pros: Roof terrace & attentive staff
Location: 2 minutes walk to San Marco, Bridge of Sighs, Doge Palace
Wonderful experience from the initial reception & check in through to checking out. Kind attentive and knowledgeable staff, a lovely roof terrace to enjoy a glass or two of wine. Superb location for San Marco & the Bridge of Sighs and close to the vaporetto for travelling around the city.

Hyvä pikkuhotelli hyvällä paikallaPosted Apr 28, 2015 on Hotels
Pieni hotelli, loistava sijainti, erittäin hyvä buffet-aamiainen, jonka turvin pärjäsi kauan. Täytti kaikki odotukset.

Fantastic location, lovely staffPosted Apr 11, 2015
Pros: That I never had to ask for my room key- they had it ready every time. The shutters- love them! The location was fantastic, so close to the vaporetto!
Cons: A little noisy if you don't like the local sounds, but I did. Massage chairs!!! I really needed them at the end of every day!
Location: Lovely church across the street. Piazza San Marco not even 100 m away. Shops everywhere around you and a vaporetto to everywhere else!
I loved staying at this hotel. Although my single room was small, it had everything I needed and was appointed in the Venetian style, which helped set the atmosphere of my location. You could not find a better position, being so close to Piazza San Marco, shops and a vaporetto stop. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Andrea the concierge outlined some out of the way places for me to see, including some local bars and his favourite gelati store. Ask him about the Venetian tapas store- delicious! Donatella the dining room lady was very helpful in correcting and congratulating my rusty Italian over breakfast and the cleaning lady (whose name I didn't get unfortunately) was very forgiving of my late getaways, when I know she had a busy schedule. I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Torcello)
