“Excellent Location, Excellent Service”
This hotel offers simple tourist class service in an excellent location near the train station. Although there is no elevator/lift, everything else about this hotel is geared toward meeting the needs of the customer. Our stay was not without problems, including a damaged remote and a broken air conditioner (during a heat wave), but these things happen in 4 star hotels, too. What is more important is how these problems are dealt with. The staff could not have been more concerned and determined to try to resolve these problems if we had been visiting royalty. Our comfort was their only concern. They even made dinner reservations for us, although one hardly expects concierge service in a two star hotel. The room was on the small side, but comfortable. The bathroom was cramped, and taking a shower meant sharing the shower with the bidet. In spite of that, we would have no problem returning or recommending the hotel to others. We know you will be treated well.
