Although it was very convenient being so close to the station, the area surrounding the hotel did not seem like a good area to walk around in the evening. However, the hotel itself was great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning that we were there.

like- right across from venice mestre station and atvo bus to airport. trains going in to venice every few minutes for 1.45 euros. big grocery store a couple minutes walk away.rooms clean functional. like the fridge and kettle .lots of plugs for electronics charging

Hi We stayed at the Best western Tritone,Venice and found the stay unsatisfactory. One of the facility was airconditioning ,however it did not work and the hotel had switched it off. In the sweltering heat we had to stay without aircon.when we asked for a fan at least, they said they do not have it.. We have not paid so much for a room where we have to suffer. In view of the above and the fact that the hotel has not been able to provide what they have advertised for, we ask for a partial refund on the room rate. Thanks for your help. Regards Lilly

Very convenient as it was directly across from the train station. Kind of noisy at night, especially on a Friday night if you had a room on the west side of the building. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It didn't feel like a Best Western but more of a boutique hotel due to the staff!

Clean and comfortable basic hotel, perfect location if you want to stay outside Venice City. 20 mins from airport with the AVTO bus stopping 3 mins walk from the hotel. Bus stop 1 min walk away from hotel and goes to Venice city and back in less than 15 mins at a cost of 1.5€ pp. Train 2 min walk away with connection to a lot of areas in Italy. Would highly recommend if you are coming to Venice for a short stay and looking for convenient without the expensive price tag.

We paid for a "superior" room but it was very small. Good bathroom. The lights in the room were a problem at night due to glare affecting sleep - there was a constant glow from the air con, the fusebox, the TV and a green light that flashed all night which we had no idea what it was for. Breakfast was exceptional - plenty of variety.

Check in was easy. Rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. ( our room didn't look remotely like the one pictured on hotels.com)

Fantastic Hotel
So close to train station and Flixbus stop. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plenty of food outlets close. Breakfast was plentiful and a wide variety available. Best accommodation we have stayed at during our 6 week trip. Venice is only 2 train stops away.

During the check-in, I was not recognized as vip or anything. I was greeted as usual, which was okay for me. But after I completed the first survey, the staff at the counter told me that I could have asked for the wine if I want it (as a vip guest), also he told me that my answer would make the hotel looked bad for other guests, which I was very offended and disappointed for my honestly answer the survey. Certainly I will not go back to this hotel.

This property is a bad area! They did not have laundry facility in the hotel so we had to find a laundry mat. We hired a taxi driver to take to a laundry mat and he dropped us off and left us...not at a laundry mat. We walked and found a place to do our laundry. While sitting there waiting on our laundry a druggie walked in and started unloading his pockets onto the table. Next thing we know he goes outside and shoots up drugs!!! Then a drug dealer came and sold him more drugs! Right in front of us...we saw the whole thing happen right in front of us!!! It was quiet unsettling! This is not a good area to stay in.

It’s right by the Opera and mere blocks from the Termimi station. There was coffee by the front desk and they will let you leave your bags if you need it.

The wifi did not work, bathroom door barely closed, shower was so small that any time you would move you’d turn off the shower, but it was extremely convenient location wise being right across from the main train station, staff was extremely helpful and nice, overall the stay was mid.
