Pros: we like the rooms were great the hotel staff was very knowledgeable we enjoyed meeting on of the staff his name is Marko
Cons: the hotel is brand new, only open six month ago
Location: we like the location about 20 minute from the Marc Polo square by boat, we did travel to a glass factory and a place that made hand made product

Potential to be perfectPosted Oct 24, 2013
Pros: Lovely public rooms, good location. Front of house staff superb.
Cons: Room too hot to sleep in. Restaurant waiting time. More flexible transfer times.
Location: Murano is a lovely island. Easy access to Venice centre. Burano island well worth a visit.
Lovely hotel and staff spoilt by stifling room, incredibly slow restaurant service and transfer to airport too early.

Amazing Venitian hotel with an airy modern twistPosted Oct 9, 2013
Pros: Helpful, friendly staff Rooms larger than most in Venice
Lovely spacious hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, a rarity in Venice! The hotel is right opposite the Museo water bus stop that goes to and from Venice very often. I have stayed in Venice a few times before but would always stay at this hotel when I return. Murano is a great place to stay, can be a bit touristy during the day (far less touristy than Venice though) with lots of glass and tat shops but come 5pm it empties and you are left with a smaller tranquil version of Venice. The Coop supermarket next door is great and just behind that was a great little local bar that we had a lovely glass of Prosecco and espresso. The hotel has a free private taxi boat that was great, you do have to email the hotel a few days in advance of arriving to be picked up from the airport and pre book it back when you arrive. Fab hotel would recommend to anyone visiting Venice, any bad reviews just don't understand the Italian way!

Excellent choicePosted Sep 16, 2013
I sent my mother and sister for holiday after researching online. Although I never met the staff I cannot thank then enough for their hospitality and professionalism. My mother and sister wished they could have stayed longer and longer! Excellent choice and if I ever make it back to Venice I will be sure to stay here.

Quiet and convenientPosted Aug 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
The island of Murano is a sleepy village that pretty much shuts down after 6pm. It is quiet - great for sleeping - but not for those who want a night life. I found the shuttle to Venice and to the train station to be very convenient and on time. I took a Alilaguna boat to from the airport and the red line delivers you right to the hotel. The staff was excellent the facilities ultra modern with LED lights and a wonderful buffet. Only complaint is a slight sulfurous oder in the mornings - perhaps related to nearby construction or glass production. Overall I'm very pleased and will likely stay here again on my way out of Italy. Ciao!
