Perfect GetawayPosted Dec 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed at this hotel on our honeymoon trip to Europe. Great location away from the tourist scene but walking distance to everything. Staff was very helpful and even let us borrow a power converter when we forgot to bring one on our trip. Safe neighborhood with good little restaurants and bakeries all around. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

A lovely HotelPosted Nov 7, 2013
Cons: The hotel is not that easy to find for a first time visitor to Venice, particularly if you arrive at night, the offer of a water taxi for new arrivals
A very pleasant , affordable and comfortable hotel.

Nice Hotel.....just needs new mattressPosted Oct 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was a very nice hotel. Loved the overall decor and architecture of the building as well as the location. A nice quiet street. The hotel is located just down the street from the water bus stop so it was very easy to get from the hotel to the airport for just. The room was clean and staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast in the morning was nice too. Our only complaint would be that they really need to invest in new mattresses. The bed was hard and a bit uncomfortable. Other than that our stay was great. I would recommend this hotel.

Very quaintPosted Oct 23, 2013
Pros: Very charming.
Cons: The lobby closes from 1am to 8am. You need to ask for a key if you plan on returning after 1am. It might be nice to have 24 hr access.
Location: The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train. Shopping and dining minutes away.
A very nice stay in Venice.

Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. The room was satisfactory, but the pillow was hard & flat. The people were friendly & helpful!

A great location 10 minute walk from the station. A lovely room with a great view of the grand canal. Great bars and restaurants 2 minutes walk away. This room was the surprise of our vacation. Would stay here again.

Good value and easy access to Venice sitesPosted Oct 15, 2013
Pros: Price was reasonable.
Cons: The breakfast was weak. Needed some eggs. Room noise from a neighboring bar was annoying. Fortunately they stopped the music by 11pm.
Location: Venice is amazing. It is a great place to visit. Tons of sites to see. Great food on every corner.
The hotel was an easy walk from the central train station. Call ahead to make sure you get good directions as you navigate the many lanes. The Hotel is not located in the central Venice area, but is an easy walk. Nothing is too far away. You will pass many fun shops and will experience the full experience of the canals and boating activities.
