Travelled with family for winter break and I must say it was the right choice. Staff have been extremely polite and welcoming throughout the stay. Would like to specially mention Nicole/Katerina and Giulia. Some initial gripes and they get resolved within next few hours. I have booked a junior suite for the family which was upgraded FOC to the bigger suite the next day to make us more comfortable. Pros: Overall an extremely pleasant experience throughout a week of our stay and will definitely be our first place of choice if we ever visited Venice again. Cons: One thing I must point though is that it was very strange to find only 1 socket in the whole suite and that even was for plugging the ketlle. Nothing else otherwise for the customers to use for like charging the mobile phone etc which was very odd. If all other rooms have the same arrangement, then it definitely needs upgrading. The other thing is clarity of final bill. There has been a discrepancy in ours but was straightened out by the staff at checkout within a few minutes the same day so worth checking.

It's a30min bus ride into Venice from right outside the hotel. There's not much choice for restaurants but the hotel restaurant is highly recommended. The staff is very helpful

Stayed at Ai Pini a few times when we come to Venenza. This time (26Sep23) was no exception They're always friendly and courteous, love the property and garden and the food for breakfast and dinner is very good. We always enjoy our stays here as its also convenient to get into Venenza proper. You can buy the bus tickets right at tge front desk which are cheaper than biying them on the bus. 1.60euro pp each way. Dinner pricing was quite reasonable for such a good hotel, imo. Great place to stay.. kudos to them.

Our family stayed at this hotel for two nights after our Mediterranean Cruise - the hotel arranged for transportation for us from Trieste all the way to their hotel which was very much appreciated (it is a 90-min drive away). The hotel is also located on a main street where you can catch a bus (3 euros return) to Venice - the ride was approximately 20 minutes. There are good choices for dinner in the area, and if you love seafood, the restaurant in the hotel is wonderful! Our kids love pizza, and there are good choices in the area around a 5-10 minute walk away. There is also a grocery store that is around 10 minutes away, and if anyone likes, there is also a McDonalds that is walkable too (we saw the sign, but didn't actually go there). The drive to the airport (Marco Polo VCE) is only 20 minutes away, and the hotel took care of booking this for us as well. All in all, we would definitely recommend this hotel - safe, clean and very friendly staff.

Everything was excellent (especially the service) except that unlike posted on Expedia, this hotel does not have a pool. Also as advertised, this hotel is not in Venice but it's a short walk from the bus that takes you into Venice and easy drive to any nearby town.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and has a very good service. You need to take a bus (lines 7 or 7E) to go to Venice (€3.50 RT). There are some dumpsters on the street coming out from the hotel property and an abandoned park next to the hotel. I saw rats in that area while walking to the bus stop.

Two night stay to explore Venice. It was very convenient to get to Venice from the hotel as the bus stop was very close to the hotel entrance and took you directly to Venice. The parking lot at the hotel was on the property and felt very safe and secure to park, as well as the property in general. The room was clean and the front desk personnel were nice.

Good hotel which is very handy for travelling into Venice as a bus stop is across the road. Rooms very comfortable altho air con could have been better. Good selection of food at breakfast & good quality. The girl at reception (didnt get her name) was extremely helpful and sorted us with advice about buying travel passes for our stay. Free car park as well onsite which is a bonus. Very good base if you dont want the hassle of staying right in the centre of Venice as its 20 mins on the bus.

From the minute we walked into this quaint hotel we were impressed. The staff at reception went beyond the normal helpfulness, told us how to get back to Venice on the public bus, arrange for taxi the following day to take us to the airport. I also asked to have a bigger room, and they immediately took me to a different room. We absolutely cannot say enough good things about this charming hotel.

The room was lovely and the staff very kind. It was a very convenient location for our flight the next morning out of Venice. Breakfast was good. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was just OK, and the design of the bathtub with only about a 1/3 wall caused a lot of splashing on the floor when we took showers. Overall, it is a good price for a nice hotel in an excellent location if you are heading to the airport in Venice.

Amazing honeymoon stop. THANK YOU !!
We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip around Italy and the staff made this stop so special . From reserving tables for breakfast, to glasses of champagne to celebrate, we were looked after so well. The room was very comfortable , with good facilities, and the restaurant was fantastic ! The staff were also very helpful when it came to planning our day in venice,helping us with travel cards and directions -it is so easy to get in by bus from here, and they run in to the early hours, so you can still get the venice at night experience whilst saving a fortune when compared to staying on the island

The property was nice and the food was good. The bed was very, very uncomfortable! They were hard. The bus is stop is right outside the hotel to Venice.
