Outstanding AccommodationPosted Jan 12, 2015
Pros: Modern. Very clean. Friendly Staff
Cons: Hot Breakfast for those that would like it.
Location: Not much that we saw. The main value is a lovely place to come home to, especially after a day/night in Venice.
Within a 20 minute Bus ride from Venice. Caravan and Tent facilities behind the Hotel. Not a place to have a lengthy holiday unless you plan to use it as a base. Staff in the hotel really nice and Caravan site staff helpful for tips for travel (Bus Fares, Passes etc.) Continental Breakfast at the Hotel. Didn't try the evening menu.

Excellent staffPosted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: Nice modern features and excellent staff
Cons: The room Brenta has an adjoining room with door, this is ok if you need it but we didn't and could hear EVERYTHING that was going on next door ;)
Location: Venice baby!
Great job by all staff we encountered during our stay. They helped with everything and were very knowledgeable. Getting the bus into Venice was a good idea considering the delay faced by those trying to find parking facilities, it also meant we could all enjoy a glass of vin brûlée!

A lovely hotel but too far from VenicePosted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: This is an old building redesigned as a comfortable, modern hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable and substantial.
Cons: If they say they offer bus tickets to Venice, then they should do so. Rooms with interconnecting doors should not be used for separate guests.
Location: There isn't much to do nearby. You need to take the bus to Venice, which is 30 minutes or so.
The hotel was stylish, warm and comfortable, with friendly staff, a great breakfast and enjoyable food in the restaurant for dinner. However, I was disappointed that it was quite so far from the bus station in Venice (30 minutes or so). I had also expected that the hotel sold bus tickets, as explained to me in an email from the General Manager, but it appeared that off-season they don't stock tickets. Fortunately I was able to buy their very last ticket on my first evening to get into Venice. The bedroom and bathroom were well designed, spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. We were in a room with an interconnecting door to the next room which I was told is used for families, but other guests were staying in this room and as there was a 2cm or so gap under this door, their light shone through the gap and I could hear all they were saying. At night, we kept the shutters closed to reduce the morning traffic noise from the road immediately outside. The bus stop was straight across the road, which was a bonus. Strangely, the hotel has no sign showing its name but the bus drivers know where to stop for 'Camping Serenissima'. With a car we would have been perfectly content, but if I'd known I would have booked somewhere closer to the city centre.

Modernes HotelPosted Nov 5, 2014
Pros: Freundlichkeit, Preis-Leistung
Location: Das Hotel liegt ca. 20 km ausserhalb Venedigs.

An old villa with modern interiorPosted Oct 27, 2014
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English. The first hotel we have stayed in that, before we arrived, sent a welcoming email.
Location: The hotel is next to a canal so walks are possible. Venice and Padova are a bus ride away and are two quite different and interesting cities.
A 17th century villa with a modern but comfortable interior. The hotel was well situated, having a bus stop right outside with a half hourly service. We were interested in visiting both Venice and Padova. The bus to Venice took half an hour and Padova, in the other direction, one hour. Bus transport is cheap and tickets can be purchased from the camp site next to the hotel.

Charming but not in Venice.Posted Oct 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
Charming hotel. The only downside is the need to take a bus to get to Venice.

Small boutique style hotel on Venetian mainlandPosted Oct 23, 2014
Pros: The interior style of the hotel and its condition was excellent.
Cons: Some fruit at breakfast that was additional to the bowls of chopped apples would have been welcomed.
Location: The bus to Venice took 20 - 30 minutes and was invariably crowded making standing for the journey the norm. The 53 bus which takes a more direct rout
A very enjoyable stay of 3 nights. The room was at the rear of the hotel and away from any road noise. Breakfast was fine as was the evening meal.

A comfortable retreat from VenicePosted Oct 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
We had a very pleasant two-night stay in this hotel. It was in a nice, quaint area compared to Venice which is extremely crowded. The multi-lingual staff are very good at explaining the bus routes and information to get to Venice. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes depending on which bus you take (some have more direct or indirect routes). The room was modern, spacious and pleasant. The sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-designed and classy. Our only issue was the connective door between our room and the one next to us. We could hear their conversations very easily, their baby crying often, and the gentleman snoring at night. In the future I might recommend either removing the door that connects the two rooms or trying to put families with small children in more sound-proofed rooms. The room was a bit dusty, particularly on the floor areas. Altogether, it was a very pleasant stay and we would be happy to return again. The staff are very kind and sincere. Thank you for the great experience.
