“A great return!!”

I highly recommend this hotel. Right by the Spanish steps and close to Trevi. We walked to the Vatican but it is a good healthy walk. Clean, nice rooms and excellent staff. This is out second stay here and we will return. From the train station just to metro stops.

“Grumpy Staff, no water pressure and no hot water”

Very non-customer service staff Probems with hot water, non available one of the two days we were there. Other guest complained of no hot water either day we were there.
