Our stay was short but sweet! The staff was the kindest we’ve encountered through many travels and SO helpful. The front desk attendant was so nice and available for anything we needed. The rooms were very modern and cozy.

Great choice of hotel at Mestre
We had a very good stay. The room is very comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient, we got the tram to reach Venice and the ticket can be bought at the hotel. Andrea and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful with all our requests. Highly recommend this hotel.

Got my money worth!
Lots of bang for the buck. Was not expecting such a nice place for the price I paid. Upto date! 10 minutes to the airport. 30 minutes by bus to Venice island. Only 1 negative is I wish the room had more lighting for nighttime.

Great for airport
Only stayed one night but everything was excellent 10 min to airport, staff friendly had dinner in restaurant it was excellent, breakfast also very good, room very clean, everything worked, definitely stay again, free parking also which is good

The hotel was decent not far from Venice. They do need to upgrade a few things in the hotel such as doors, elevator, and headboard cushions yes. Other than that the stay and service was good.

Pleasant experience at the hotel . Service in restaurant very good &staff very helpful. Only drawback is the carpets on the way to rooms in hallway not very clean with stains every where.

It's a ways from Venice, Venice but it's okay because they have shuttle service and the train also goes by. The Hotel was very comfortable and clean. It was a very relaxing peaceful town.

A nice modern hotel, close to the tram and a couple of very good local restaurants. Venice is about 25 minutes by tram. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and the room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was a god mix of uffet options and the bar area was comfortable and welcoming. A good spot if you are content to use the sometimes busy tram to commute with the locals into Venice.

Clean and convenient.
The hotel and room was clean. It was Spring Break so a lot of kids there and was little loud until midnight. Wi-Fi was very weak to non existent. Very convenient if you are flying out early in the morning. Small place to eat in walking distance.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room which was disappointing. Lovely hotel with friendly staff. A little difficult to locate, being off the road and down a residential street but other than that, a lovely stay with no complaints.

Dirty , run down etc etc dont stay here
The hotel beyond the front desk is run down and dirty , black mark's on carpet stains everywhere , mold in washroom , small shower , no air conditioning , cracks in walls etc etc would never stay here again the only thing good was breakfast . Pics on site were deceiving.

This hotel is close to the metro
The room is OK very small… The AC is amazing, a few of the staff were amazingly nice… I forgot to take down their names but it was a young lady and a young man. Other than that the rest of the staff is where OK, they didn’t seem like they really wanted to help out when we had questions… The hotel doesn’t have a lock behind the door after the doors locked- So we put our luggage behind the door for safety just in case someone came in… A few times people open the door without our permission . The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the AC was really good, and the location… Other than that I have nothing else to say about this hotel, the breakfast is trash and not well prepared. Handy base for exploring Venice
Great breakfast with lots of variety. The tram stop is at the end of the road and the trams run frequently into Venice. If you buy your tram ticket at reception, check that you have been given the correct ticket. There was a 'mix up' when I purchased mine. This was later sorted and my money was refunded.

Lovely hotel, easy access to Venice island
Hotel which lived up to the 4 star rating. Easy shuttle minibus offered by the hotel into Venice city for €5 per person. Just needed to call the hotel to be picked up again. Comfortable beds and nice staff. Housekeeping could have been a little better, and shower a bit small. Despite that shower worked well and the hotel gave us extra pillows when requested.

It is near to public transport to Venice. Staff gave good instruction as to how to get to Venice. The airport is near. Rooms are comfortable.
