“A delight to stay”

The hotel is just a straightforward 5 minute walk from the Alilaguna airport boat stop on Fondamenta Nuove, though you should watch your step as the local dogs don't have green grass to use! As you'd expect for a newly opened hotel everything was spic and span. It is in a peaceful location yet is only a couple of minutes from the forever bustling Strada Nova. The staff were very friendly, enthusiastically helpful and welcoming. The buffet breakfasts were very good, with a good choice of hot or cold. We were in a 'superior double' - not huge but certainly adequate for our needs, though others may desire more space. Our only small gripe was the lack of storage space, a small chest of drawers in addition to the wardrobe (which also houses the mini-bar and safe deposit box) would have been useful.

Great little hotel about 300m off the well beaten track of the Strada Nova. Staff have all 'done the course' and couldn't have been more helpful. Recent renovation means everything looks good and works well. If you don't mind a few stairs try the 'penthouse', Room 401. We liked it a lot.

Everything you need for a fantastic base in Venice.. Location is ideal to tour all aspects and areas of Venice Staff and amenties delivered everything possible to fulfil our requirements during our stay and would definately recommend this Hotel to anyone of all age groups. Rooms luxurious, breakfast with all selections of foods and quality of service which surpassed my expections.. “Excellent Hotel, great value for money- very friendy and helpful staff”

This was a Venetian Gem set on a small backstreet canal; far enough away from the tourist bustle but within 10 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge and 15 minute to San Marco. The hotel interior decoration and design were excellent, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendlier. Very good breakfast every morning and a lovely bar area to sit in the evening where prices and quality were superior to those outside. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a true venetian experience.

“Smart hotel in great quiet location”

The hotel just opened 3 days before we arrived and is very comfortable being a sympathetic conversion of a lovely property. The staff were very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. Breakfast was sufficient and included bubbly - not sure if that's a Venice thing but I've never come across it before! I didn't book an executive double so the room was on the small side but was very well fitted out. The bed was on the short side so I'm not sure how anyone near 6ft would fare in it. Fab location bordering the residential area of Cannaregio so very quiet but still only 10 mins walk from St Mark's Square. The only tiny gripe I had was that there was no proper bar at which guests could gather round after a long day's sightseeing or an evening meal - they do serve drinks in a reception room but it's not quite the same.

“Superb Venetian experience”

New spotless hotel with friendly, helpful staff,all of whom spoke excellent English. Short walk to all main attractions and plenty of good reasonably priced cafe/tratorrias nearby.Room was superbly finished in traditional style.Located in quiet street, but easily accessed.Would thoroughly recommend.

Stayed in the suite with 2 small children. Very reasonably priced and very comfortable for a family. Possible to add a third room that also links up to the suite, if bringing larger family.

“Extremely Happy”

Una Hotel Venezia was everything I had expected after reading others' reviews. The staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. The room was comfortable and well kept. Breakfast offered a great selection of food in a pristine dining room. The coffee was amazing! The location of the hotel means that it is away from the crowds and is in a wonderfully quiet street but only a short walk from all the main sights and streets. Without question I would return to Venice again but only if I can stay in the Una Hotel.
