Thank you for staying with us. Sorry about the parking charge. This property has always charged for parking as it is located in the marina harbor which will start charging for parking too.
We enjoyed our stay here! We had a beautiful view of the harbor from our rooms. I would have loved to take a walk around the harbor area, but sadly our visit was short. The breakfast area was not crowded with plenty of seating. My kids were delighted that they served cinnamon rolls. It was a bit pricey, but I suppose that's due to the great location.

Pros - bathroom set up is convenient. They provide a microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Bed is amazing. View is amazing.
Cons - check in customer service isn't welcoming nor friendly. Hotel room had 2 towels for 2 people. There wasn't enough toilet paper. The porch light doesn't turn off. When I called the dront desk, they did not answer.

Thank you for staying with us. Sorry we were unable to accommodate your room with proper supplies. Our Rooms for two Guests are suppose to come with two sets of towels and two rolls of toilet paper. Regarding the porch light you must have stayed in the Renovated building and the developer and the Habor Marina asked for when renovating that we put Security Balcony lights that stay on all night long for more Security lighing on our side of the Marina. Unfortunately, that is the way it is but we are working to see if the Harbor will allow us to put switiches on each balcony.
Beautiful view with excellent walking paths, convenience store 3-10 min walk ( depends on how fast you walk ) fresh smelling room with a nice breakfast served in the morning, the office staff and especially the ladies in the kitchen were all very nice and friendly.

The front desk was very accommodating when I came to check in. I stayed in a suite with a balcony and it was beyond what I was expecting. It’s a great location because you’re right next to the 101 freeway and you’re also able to get to Port Hueneme and the PCH easily from here.

Breakfast service was bad with just one person working and she was upset on anyone asking for help. All the milk in the fridge was bad, quality of eggs was bad, pancake machine broke two times in front of us and when asked for help her attitude was unwelcoming. If you do not need breakfast, then it is a good hotel with decent beds and wonderful location at the harbor.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly. Only complaint i would have if anyone wanted one is that we were so far from the front desk which is where the breakfast area is. We would have to drive our car to the front area get breakfast put it in the car and drive back to our building to eat in our room which is what my husband and i like to do. But its not a deal breaker on coming back

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Yes, our buildings are really long due to the size of our Guest Rooms which are larger than most. Not sure if you were aware but we have a bridge that connects both of our buildings including the Four Points next door. We hope to see you back soon.
The location is close to a marina where there are top class dining options. The property is close to the coast and attractions in and around Ventura area.

Very nice place. Only complaint is the $75 PER PET fee, which is absolutely ridiculous!
Staff at check in must have neen having a rough day. He was not even close to being friendly and barely even cordial.
The room was nocely updated and very clean. TV channels are limited bit tue view is spectacular.

Thank you! Sorry you disagree with the Pet Fee but we are in line with our Competitors and some are even more unless you go to a lower type of Brand Property.
The room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom.
The breakfast was also very nice. I just found that an unexpected $12.00 parking fee was a bit much when
I paid almost $300.00 for the one night.

Thank you for staying with us. Parking is due to the Marina location and most large Marina Harbors do charge for parking but will look into your suggestion.
There was a horrible odor outside and it made the entire room smell. The air didn’t work well. The toilet was not completely clean.

I apologize for your experience with us. I assume the odor you smelled was coming from the sewer plant next door behind the little shopping center. We will look into the air and toilet tissue too.

After checking in I noticed AC was not working. Go to front desk to be told you need to insert a card into a reader to activate power and turn it on. Still not working, pressing a button on the plug itsself turned it on. Why were these instructions not given to me upon check in, who wants to solve 2 puzzles upon arrival? AC turns on and I am met with a check filter message...I pop open the AC unit and the filter is absolutely disgusting. Back to the front desk to inform them of the filter issue and verbalize that I am dissatisfied to say the least with the check in experience. Woman helping me talks to a manager in the back, and tells me to just wait for maintence to handle filter issue. 0 effort to go above and beyond or engage in anything that would resemble hospitality. Buyer Beware.
