Clean

Nice and clean rooms. Staff was nice. Honestly for what I paid for it was great. I had small kitchen, king size bed and nice restroom. The room did not have a weird funk smell. Overrall not bad.

Don't believe the advertised price!!!!!!!

Posted Mar 1, 2014
Cons: They need to get a new staff, that knows how to properly treat customers.
I see why this motel chooses to don't have you pay for the rooms through Expedia. Once you get to the motel, the very rude staff finds any way possible to not honer your reservation and instead they try to force you to pay full price.

Would not go back there again

Posted Dec 21, 2012
I booked a two-bed room. We even called before arrival to confirm our reservation and to confirm that we wanted 2 beds. Upon arrival, we were told that there are no more rooms with 2 beds. It was very late, so we had to settle for a room with only one-bed. Everything is really old, room is very small. Would not want to go back there again.

Great stay, especially for the price!

Posted Sep 7, 2012
Location: The general area looked a little sketchy because we arrived late at night, but it was fine when we drove around the next morning.
Great hotel. Looked clean and was quiet. Staff was very friendly. We will be staying here again soon!

Posted Jun 18, 2011
One of my worst motel experience. Pro: cheap. have soup and shampoo. king size bed. microwave. refrigerator. Con: flood toilet. small and smelly room. countless hair on bed. non working light. non stop electric noise from tv. pee smell when ac turn on. dirty disposable cup. no tooth brush. no hair dryer. ugly and aged decor(red paint wall. missing vent cover. full size headboard with king size bed)

Urine odor.

Posted Dec 25, 2010
Room smelled of urine. Car alarms going off multiple times in the night. Overall noisey - could hear the road traffic all night. Bad area. Room was filthy. Definately won't stay again.

Nice , Reasonable Place in Oxnard

Posted Dec 22, 2010
I needed a plalce to stay in Oxnard and found this hotel primarily for the rates. I hav extremely happy iwth multiple stays a this location. Some of the more expensive rooms have jacguzzzi style tubs. There is a liquor / market next door for incidentals. Refridgerators and microwaves in each room. Coffeee pot on request. Nice people Costa and Meena are the managers/owners? This is not a plush hotel, your not paying for that.

Renovation or Dilapidation?

Posted Dec 22, 2010
I'm not sure if my room was going to be renovated or in the process. But the fist sized hole in the tub wall i'm sure wasn't supose to be there. After my shower I was using the "once terry cloth" towels. I think they might have been terry cloth at one time but now they where just a collection of scratchy nubs. I noticed the dripping faucet and attempted to turn off the water but the handle came off in my hand. I had to deal with the constand dripping all night with my "once terry cloth" towels wrapped around the faucit. The remote control for the TV didn't work. I tried to turn on the light next to the bed but the lamp shade fell off the metal ring. When I tried to get to sleep I had to tend with "active" neighbors on both sides and paper thin walls. If you turn off the lights, don't have a sence of smell, sleep with earplugs and you don't require warmth to sleep, this is a fantasitc hotel. Sadly I don't fit into that catagory but i ever need to rent a room by the hour, I know where to go.
